One of the best places to study! The staff are amazing and super supportive, great atmosphere with the friendliest, knowladgable service. Would definitely recommond to anyone who wants to study cosmetic tattooing

Both my mum and I have recently completed the 5 day beginners course and we both cannot recommend MCCT highly enough!! The support from Kelly and Kirstie have well and truely exceeded all expectations and the support didn’t stop when we got our certificate once finished, the support has continued far beyond that and we cannot thank the team enough. Whilst the team were so professional and knowledgeable, the energy surrounding the learning was always positive and fun!! Thanks again guys!!

I been a costumer for many years, never had a bad job here BUT! This time was a complete disaster! Photos can tell…
And the worse part is not even an apology or a phone call at all.
I had to chase them for answers and instructions!
I was very clear that I don’t want any strokes out of my natural brows! Also a got an uneven shape and they shaved my beautiful natural brows!!! that took me months and months to grown 😩😭😭 (on my first session they didn’t touch my natural brows) now I have to deal with a pair of horrendous brows 24/7. I think the photos said it all! When I asked why they put strokes outside, the teacher (with strong cigarette smell) told me because you other brow was upper and didn’t match (no excuse for this)
Also taking 1.5 hrs to start the job is really painful because the numb cream started to washed off…. to put up with another 1.5 hrs of cutting. Anyway I have plenty things to say about my experience through the all process but I won’t give more details on this feedback for the respect I HAD for this place.
I also feel sorry for the student that didn’t have the best teacher that day.
*I was always a model and only trusted Whitney with my brows (she is awesome) does a great job always.
This time I was very very unlucky not having her on my follow up that end up in negligence poor practice. Why they didn't book me with the same teacher????
I end up with psychological distress, I’m embarrass to go out or socialise again. Brows are one of the most important part of your face, is like your nose! Anything bad happen to them can cause a lot of physiological harm in your everyday life. I don’t wish this to happen to anyone.
It will cost me a lot money to fix this!
Now I understand that my well-being is priceless.
Won’t risk coming back that’s for sure
Please be careful who you choose for a teacher, if solid kind of tattooing are their thing don’t let them do feathering, is a complete different thing to understand and mostly with costumers with good brows that all they want is a bit of fullness not to be shaved or reshaped them.
My heart is been broken but I wish your business all the best, even when I didn't have any kind of follow up, care or interest on my case from any of the staff involved on my second appt or the owner. Good luck!response / report this review -

I completed the 5 day beginners course in Cosmetic Tattooing and found Kelly and her team to be incredibly professional and thorough in they’re course content and delivery. The ongoing support I have received from the team I must say has been incredible, they really have gone above and beyond to ensure that I am confident and knowledgeable moving forward in a career of Cosmetic Tattooing. Pros:
👧I love the staff here. They are bubbly, friendly & always go above & beyond. I mixed up my appointment dates & arrived 1 day early, they squeezed me in anyway. That’s what I call excellent customer service.
🗺 Their new location is great. There is lots of parking with no time restrictions.
💰You can’t beat the prices here. I paid $50 for tattooed brows. Yes, these are brow technicians in training, however they have a qualified trainer working beside them the whole time. I think it’s better as you have two set of eyes perfecting the tattoo.
🏆 I get my eyebrows tattooed here & always get compliments on how perfect they look. Kat did an amazing job on creating & perfecting the eyebrow shape & style I asked for. Thankyou guys.response / report this review -

I absolutely agree with the previous comments about taking their ultimate brow course including having very rude trainers and trainers that use completely different techniques. Ive since spent a further 12k taking my fundamentals training which was fabulous else where. I do not recommend. Kelly herself was lovely but unfortunately not training the course just selling it on the phone.

I studied the "ultimate eyebrows" course here and I am extremely disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this college to anyone. They teach extremely old techniques and the staff are so rude and unwelcoming to students. When I left the college I felt as though the technique taught was below average and I have been left to study patterns and teach myself. I now need to spend another 4k getting proper training elsewhere. Complete waste of money and time!

Lisa was amazing. I met her at a clinic very local to me a deal had my eyebrows tattooed yesterday. I had next to no shape what so ever and almost no hair. She tattooed them perfectly and they look amazing. It has saved me such time not having to draw them on and I have never seen them look so good. Everyone I have showed loves them and think they look great. I highly recommend Lisa for this procedure if you are looking to get this done. She is warm and friendly and understanding. Makes you feel very comfortable before she starts to tattoo. It also didn't hurt at all and only took a short time to do.

Eyebrow tattooing has been something I have wanted to do for a long time but was hesitant in finding someone who I trusted. We found Lisa online and travelled from Trafalgar, Gippsland for our appointment. All I can say is "LIFE CHANGING". I had very sparse and light coloured eyebrows and was having to pencil them and fill them everyday. Now I wake up with the perfect eyebrows! Lisa's artistic ability and professional is outstanding and I would recommend her to anyone. Mum had corrective eyebrow tattooing after surviving Breast Cancer and it has given us both more self confidence.
