This place is run with a lot of integrity and friendliness. I appreciate how staff members explain the details of repairs and answer all my crazy questions.

Need a bike? Seriously .. look no further!
I went to a few other stores and nothing compared to Garry's service. Bike cake in quick, they fitted all the accessories and gave me a full run down .. and there was no BS. Love the new ride 💛response / report this review -

I got my bike serviced (and numerous parts replaced) by Jerome and the team at Bicycle Superstore, and they were brilliant. Jerome spent considerable time with me explaining all the repairs they would make, and clearly outlining parts costs etc.- I've never dealt with a bike mechanic as professional as Jerome- he is great! The bike was in tip-top shape when I got it back and I will be recommending that all my cyclist mates get their servicing done here. It's a genuine relief for a commuter cyclist like me to know that there is such a great bike shop nearby!

Andreas straight up offered the best service to me. I walked in knowing nothing about bikes just wanting something I could take for rides during iso and he was so kind and informative. You can really tell he goes above and beyond for customers and I’ll definitely be returning to this store. 😊

I recently bought a hybrid bike from this store. I’m not an experienced rider so I had to do some research and get advice. I had been to a few stores before as well. I was served by Jacob (sorry, it could be incorrect spelling as it was a french name). He was really helpful with picking out my bike. He set it up for me ready to ride and even loaded it into my car. Other staff were nice too. Highly recommend this place.

Staff very helpful in my search for a new bike. Bought one, loved it. So took my wife back here a few months later where we got the same great service and made a further purchase. Keep it up guys!

Ok range, all around RRP. To date I have gone here a few times looking at bikes and never had much service or assistance and when I've gone to buy a kids bike, I have had no service

The customer service is good and the mechanics thorough. I now take my bikes here even though there are a few places closer to me. Their clothes and consumable items are expensive, accessories are average price and a new road bike was excellent value- i paid RRP but they added shimano pedals, a few quality accessories and my choice of tyres

Very friendly and helpful service. Nick helped us look at a few bicycles and was very acknowledgeable, without being condescending or making us feel "sold to". Follow up re bike rack was very prompt and despite a tricky brief, got us exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend!

Dropped off my Giant at the Maribyrnong store for some tyre puncture repairs. Service and price was great. Was notified not long after that bike was ready for pick up. Will be coming back here.

A family member requested a quote for a bike/car accident. BS flat out denied to include in the quote new brake levers from specific damage caused from the accident, stating the damage was old. Then the guy went on to explain he would be getting new levers on his 11k bike if in the same situation. Sorrybut just even if the bike is a few years old, if you can't repair damage caused by the accident then you replace the part. Pretty simple really.
Not sure what other BS stores are like but will be staying right clear of this place.
Include the part and if the insurance company contests it then finebut don't flat out refuse to include it. Poor form gents!response / report this review -

I recently bought a new fox rampage helmet and one of the staff was really helpful. He helped me pick the right size and told me about the Boxing Day sales. Overall the shop is awesome and they have really great items and staff.

Great service. I just went in to buy a kickstand and the staff member went out of his way to find the right fit for a bike not bought from this store. It's service like that which keeps people coming back. Thankyou

went to buy cycling shoes and got more then expected they adjusted my shoes so it feels more comfy when im riding. theyhave the best service and the best mechanics by farr

Excellent service and very helpful staff! I have got very wide foot and finding a pair of cycling shoes have always been difficult for me. With even just 30 mins to close, they still patiently let me tried on many shoes to get the right one! Though none fit at they end, they helped me to order a pair of special sized road shoes.

Staff are helpful and shop well stocked. Went in on a busy day and received prompt service. The boys are knowledgeable and answered all my questions and helped with selecting a bike. Didn't show the snobby attitude some bike shops have. Didn't push for the expensive bikes or accessories so overall a very good experience
