Highly recommend! Nitty was so polite and professional. He went above and beyond to help me understand the different types and perks of each car. He listened to my needs in order to find the best car that would suit my lifestyle. He was very knowledgeable and presented me with quiet a few options to consider. I felt no pressure, to make a decision then and there. I really appreciate his help, he made looking for my first car so pleasant and painless.

I bought my Nissan Qashqai from them in 2016. During the sales everyone was nice and smooth. I had a battery fault all of a sudden yesterday and the roadside assist told me to take the car straight to dealership (with the report he gave) . I drove to Dandenong all the way from Camberwell to be told by the not welcoming, rude service department guy on desk they can not even have a look and can do nothing. Very disappointing and not pleased at all. Will never even go to service my car again there.

Oh dear, what an absolute joke this dealership is!!! I went in to see them to see what the best price I could get on a Nissan Navara and spoke to a salesman. He played all macho with me and said that he wouldn't give me a price unless I was prepared to buy there and then. I walked out. After getting another quote I called him to see if he could beat the price and he then told me that he would only give me a price if I first gave him my credit card details - that's right, he wanted my credit card details before would even give me a price!!! Talk about dodgy!!!! Anyway I refused and hung up the phone. Five minutes later his manager calls me and I immediately tell him to F*** off and hang up the phone. He then sends me a text message apologising and offering a much cheaper price than the original price I was trying to beat. After the initial bad service though, there was no way I was going to buy from them so instead I went to a rival dealer, showed them the text and they agreed to match their price so in the end their bad service ended up saving me about $2000. Basic rule with this dealership is don't believe their bluff, its all rubbish. Complete joke and I would strongly encourage anyone to give this place a wide berth.

I came in to inquire on buying a new Nissan, a lady from used cars approach me she was costumer minded, referred me to the sales department of new cars. I stood there for 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes when men in uniform passes me, I try to talk to them, they just kept saying, I will be back never came back, I felt like I didn't existed. I start helping myself looking around but without anyone to ask for help, I left after one hour and half without help at all. Poor costumer service, should have rated 0 if it was there

Best of the best customer service and very friendly people work in Dandenong Nissan.
Had a great experience with them.me and my family are really happy. Cameron Russell is best sales person and he is so nice to everyone. He explained to us very well about car.he helped us to choose right car for us.

Need a zero star rating.

Bought a brand new car. Brakes failed, car stalled and generally had transmission problems, all within the first week. I tried for a week to get in contact with the salesman, who sold me the car, but was avoided like the plague. After having my calls and texts ignored, I called the manager. He set up a service. I was contacted the first day by the service department, stating they needed the car for another day and would call me the next afternoon. A week later. I finally receive a call. I was told "unofficially, I felt like it was misfiring but officially, the computer set it was ok". I was informed that I had to fill the loan car's petrol on it's return. Only to find: my car's problems unchanged, dirty (inside and out) although it had looked like a bucket over water was thrown over it (in an attempt at cleaning?), smelling of tobacco, and, my 3/4 full petrol tank left without enough fuel to get to the petrol station. Lucky I was headed downhill will it ran out and was able to roll into the station. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Pretty disgusted!
The lady that answered the phone of the service department was rude and had no phone edicate what so ever.
Took my car in for a recall and decided to enquire about a miss function in one of the front seats - the guy who looked at our car didn't take a proper look and quoted me $1000 to have a whole seat motor replaced, decided to take it to my usual mechanic - all it needed was to be cleaned - $200 and works perfectly! $800 saving! Nissan Dandenong is an absolute rip off, they don't take pride in their work and don't give a rats about their customers. Would not recommend them!
