Had a great stay at Crystal Brook,Good large site for our van and truck. Very clean.And dog friendly. Great dog walking area around the park.

Really lovely pet and kid friendly park. Our dog loved the beautiful walks around the park and the kids loved the pool and the jumping pillow. Lovely managers and their young kids played with ours and they made them feel so welcome. The camp kitchen is at a great location, we were able to cook and watch the kids on the jumping pillow and the games room. Very safe park for the kids and also nice and quiet at night. Fantastic holiday with our kiddos do thank you.

Worst caravan park i have ever stayed in!! Managers charged different price from one week to the next, was unable to calculate a correct credit and took money out of my account without authorisation. Caravan park is cramped and sites are small. No grass, dirt and stones only. Not very pet friendly at all!! Was made to put my dogs in kennels because i went shopping for an hour. Managers unfriendly and unhelpful. Would never recommend to anyone and will never stay there again. What a nightmare!! Doesnt deserve any stars but site makes you rate it before posting.

Stayed here while visiting family and coming to Melbourne for my brother's wedding.
It was adequate enough with no real complaints except the air conditioning almost didn't hold up against the summer heat. The beds weren't that comfy but I think we got what we paid for. My kids loved the swimming pool and playground area. We were grateful we were able to have our very old and unwell dog with us, which is probably why we looked at this place first off. There were delicious bushes of blackberries near the hotel grounds as well that we discovered. Overall it was a satisfactory stay.response / report this review -

Room was absolutely fifthly and the assistant manager is a real piece of work. The walls were literally crawling at night time and we couldn't work out told me the cleaners were done for today and that we should "sweep it up ourselves". She became argumentative and told me she doesn't like my attitude. I felt being in a filthy room ants between the walls warranted behind upset about. Fire the assistant manager. Otherwise the facilities were good for kids. It has a large jumping balloon, pool and BBQ area. The kids loved the kids club every morning and the staff member who runs that is absolutely amazing!
Update: 2/7/2017 never received an apology about my treatment from the assistant manager. I can see they've engaged an online reputation business to assist with pushing negative reviews further down. So providing a "bump" for visibility.response / report this review -

Convenient location for the eastern side of Melbourne. En suites are a big plus, especially in Winter! Only 45 minutes to the city by a regular bus service. Friendly helpful staff.

Our favourite city getaway. Close enough to Melbourne and all it has to offer but​ feels like you are in the country. Staff are always warm and welcoming. Very quiet relaxed atmosphere.

Staff let me stay a night without paying first when i was homeless. i never paid. sorry. i hope this awesome review about your super friendly service and awesome holiday park makes up for it a little. love you

My sister and I have been going here for almost two years and we've never had any trouble. The staff are always friendly and accomodating. They go the extra mile and have always been lovely. It's also really kid friendly during holidays and they have weekend dinners for all the regulars. The entire place has such a nice atmosphere.

Brought back alot of childhood memories of when i used to go on holidays with my parents to caravan parks. Cabin was beautiful in and out kid friendly dog friendly.
All the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly every morning.
Very clean and family orientated.
Great place to holiday or stay a few nights well worth the money. Great work!!response / report this review
