Love arrow on swanston all the staff are supper friendly and help more then beyond.
Very convenient location located right in the middle of Melbourne CBD area.
when i check out the hotel staff insist on checking the our rooms before letting us go, while they checks the room we were at the reception counter but they did not notify us if we left something inside worth hundreds of items.. appreciate if they call us but no..
Location was good. Staff were polite but unorganised. Originally when we arrived we had to wait because they had organised the wrong room. When we got into our room which was 2 single beds and a 'sofa bed', we discovered how uncomfortable the sofa bed was. It was uncomfortable to sit on let alone sleep. I had to attend school today with minimal sleep. We paid for 2 nights accomodation but only stayed for one night. Will not reccomending or returning.
Worse place ive ever stayed. Small rooms, not cleaned well over priced
Perfect location for the gig. Close to tram. Great speaker sysrems
Clean hotel, neat and presentable good location for access to melbourne CBD.
Very convenient because it's near to tram stop (Queensberry St) and also just a few mins walk to halal restaurants (iloveinstanbul, Norsiah kitchen). The room and toilet is clean, staff is friendly but the only problem for us was they do not provide parking space for van.
Great all ages gig venue, easy to get to and holds plenty of concert goers whilst not being too big. Local small gig vibes ftw
Why no one should stay at your hotel:
• No communication via email or in person.
• We were told we were going to be getting a higher level room. We got the first floor.
• 3 year old pillows.
• MOLD EVERY WHERE!
• Management refused to come out and talk to me.
• Not a proper mattress on the fold out. It was literally 5cm (if that) thick.
• No proper blankets, they were more like sheets than a blanket.
• No one warned us that the bins get collected at 4:45 in the bloody morning. Literally didn't get any sleep from that point because the first lot of bins were collected and then the second lot and then the "handy man" can with a loud speaker and blasted his music all morning right outside our room! Oh and then he got out his angle grinder. All to do work on the outside of the hotel.
Now we are leaving with massive migraines with a ten hour drive home!
• The hair dryer was pieced together with sicky tape, glue and something that resembles toilet paper.
• Hair dryer was last tested and tagged in 2010!!
• The fridge and microwave were last tested and tagged in JUNE 2007! THAT IS ALMOST 10 YEARS!
• THE TOASTER AND KETTLE HAVE NEVER BEEN TESTED AND TAGGED! LIKE NEVER EVER!
I am sure there are many things that I have forgotten. But I think that is plenty!
You have put the safety of me and my friends at risk. I am asked for a refund because that is just disgusting and I was told that someone will contact me about it because the manager didn't have time to come out and talk to me. Really? This is extremely serious but not serious enough for someone to talk to me!?
I need explanations as to why is happened because it's absolutely disgraceful!
Regards,
Brooke.
The single bedroom apartments are little small. Basic kitchen facilities. Great location for tram transport.
Low cost accommodation. Okay for the price. Great location however bedroom very noisy at early hours of morning. Sofa bed not comfortable at all. Lack of window coverings unfortunately allowed light into rooms. Great air-conditioning though. Helpful staff
Met expectations. Room was neat and tidy, and clean. Poor soundproofing which meant the garbage truck backing up outside was very loud and woke me at 5am. Still, would stay here again.
The first place I worshipped my God and work also in Australia. Hope you join us every Sunday morning for our fellowship as God can change the impossible. Time 10am to 12pm. It doesn't matter who you are or the people you will meet but what matters most is the presence of God.
