Central location and decent sized apartments. It was however a bit outdated and the bathroom was desperately in need of an update or thorough clean. From the second floor the noise from the trams was quite loud and the blinds in the bedroom weren't sufficient to block out the street lights. Overall it was passable for a 2 night work trip.

Location is good and staff were polite and seemed to be attentive. Room was clean and tidy. Having a kitchen was handy. Reasonable price. Would stay again.

Try somewhere else. Inexperienced reception staff who take ages to check in and out. The overall cleanliness of the room was average - dirty carpet and food stains from previous guests on the dining & coffee tables. Window blinds in the room allow too much light (from street lights) at night to sleep. I suggest they buy some decent curtains. I'm still waiting for $50 holding deposit to be returned. I have tried to contact but the phone rings out - no response yet to emails either. The VEC like use this hotel, but I wish they would use another. This was my 2nd stay with the same issues and hopefully my last!

Basic yet clean and well appointed apartments. Stay here multiple times a year. They did screw up our booking and had to move rooms 3 times.

The bed matresses were quite hard and not too comfortable. It was also disappointing to see that wifi was an additional cost. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay.

Good clean rooms and we'll stocked, bathroom shower needed a deep clean in runners and corners but apart from they everything else was good.

I had a great time here. The location is walk distance from southern cross station. Rooms are better than expected. Spacious, they have a complete kitchen and laundry and drying machines available per room. Even a fridge and freezer. Service is great quick, responsive and helpful. I would come back.

I was staying at Quest on William for a hens night. It was only a short walk to our destination for the night and other clubs. 24hr reception made it easy for us coming back in the early hrs of the morning. When we needed to check out but we wanted to go have breakfast we were able to leave our luggage behind reception, that made it a lot easier. It's a great place to stay.
