Awesome location，great service，bit dated，probably not worth to get breakfast in the hotel since you have such amazing food just outside

I paid for a superior room top dollar $259per nighr got a tiny hot room.Breakfast should have been included but was not paid way too much for that as well only basic continental. Will never stay there again .

Room is not that big but worth the price, staffs are friendly. And the location is brilliant for tourist because it is right in the middle of the city.

Convenient location. Very easy to get to from both airports as it and southern cross are both in the free tram zone. Great restaurants nearby. Rooms are small but decently priced. No mini bar but that means you won't pay $10 for a mars bar (lol). Also make sure you book breakfast online (it's a lot cheaper). Only thing is that the vending machine doesn't have a card reader so just be prepared. It's also very easy to get to St Kilda and the Crown (just hop on tram 96).

Very very small rooms, with very basic amenities. Bed linen caused multiple rashes on skin for me and wife. Toilets clean but has a stink. Carpeted floor is dusty. Apart from all these, it's right in the middle of the major shopping malls in Melbourne. Great for shopping. But not satisfactory for comfort.

Excellent location. Free wifi sucks, which forces you to pay for "high speed". Big and clean rooms. Breakfast options were poor.

Room was OK (probably about right for the price given the excellent location!) Clean and well serviced. The lift from the lobby to the 2nd floor is laughably slow (including the door taking aaages to open) and is slightly concerning in the way it moves. The second lift (floors 3 and up) is a lot newer but makes your stomach jump when it comes to a stop. Neither a pleasant experience!

The overall location is excellent. Bring right in the heart of Melbourne surrounded by excellent cafes. However the room is small but considering you spend most of the time outside its not an issue. Service is good receptionist always ready to help. The one criticism is the elevator are really slow and you require to take two to get to our rooms.
