The room was nice and spacious. The location in the city was good. But there was mould in the bathroom, the remote didn't work, and the WiFi didn't work. We were told they would fix it but they didn't.

Whe requested a discount since the WiFi didn't work and we had to use expensive data for our phones and laptops. But they did not grant it in any form.

Excellent facilities, understanding and supportive staff - especially with/regarding children as guests. Paradoxically also offers a very 'adult' stay with swift, focused attention to detail and out-of-the-box requests. Best king sized beds EVER! Would stay again and again.

Close to some of the best restaurants in the city. Very close to CBD and all Melbourne has to offer. Great service. Nice quiet rooms. What more do you want?

We loved our stay! Nice room, everything we needed. No view but that helped with noise level (which I was quite impressed with considering the busy location). The staff were helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again!
