Great hotel with perfect location right next to the beach. Good breakfast spread and the food served at the restaurant as well as in room service is pretty good. They have a 24 hour gym and a swimming pool. Make sure to get the pool views or ocean view rooms to sit back and relax

Attended a conference. Some rooms were too small, and difficult to duck out of, and a long way from the main room. Meals looks nice but were ordinary. I wouldn't rush to attend a conference here, but looked like a nice place to stay.

They dont make them like this anymore! Perfect hotel for what I hope for, a break from the city. The beach view and waking up to the waves is fantastic.

Great location and easy parking. Reasonably sized rooms and comfy beds. Only stayed one night and was a bit disappointed that the Oceans Dining was closed due to public holiday. Ate upstairs and food was nevertheless delicious. Efficient check in and friendly staff .

Nice property in a fine location. The beach is beautiful, and there are a number of things to do within walking distance. This property has a great breakfast as well. I was here on business but would recommend this for leisure travel as well.

We have stayed here a number of times in different rooms on weekends including in the presidential suite & have always enjoyed our stay. However this time we stayed on a Monday & Tuesday night in the presidential suite & I'm less than impressed. We ordered dinner on Monday night & it took over 40 minutes to arrive, then on Tuesday we ordered lunch, 2 servings of hot chips that never arrived. When I rang after an hour to ask where the chips were I was told that the order was never put through. To top it off we ordered a steak with vegetables & a burger for dinner on Tuesday night & all we got was the steak, I had to ring and ask where the rest if our meal was & when I told them this was the second time today we had an issue I was asked "didn't you get the chips you ordered?" Seriously Crowne plaza, when we pay so much for a room we expect good service, I don't think that is asking too much. Very disappointed!!

Stayed at Crowne Plaza for two nights under the Little Luxuries program at Prime of Wales Hospital after the birth of my daughter. The room was clean and well appointed and beds spacious and comfortable. Service and food was prompt and excellent. We managed to get a room with view of the Coogee Beach which made the stay that much more relaxing. The proximity to the beach will definitely be a bonus for many or make use of the swimming pool (which we did). Would definitely stay again.

Stayed overnight for a conference. Food lacklustre. Conference facilities a little dark, and run down. Not enough water placed on the tables. Staff were pleasant and rooms were good with nice oceanside views.

Attended a conference here late November.
Warmly welcome upon arrival, check-in was simple and details of the weekend were well explained. Suggestions of weekend activities, eating spots, and transport was all offered.
Reasonable gym and pool facilities, but being opposite the beach saw me spent little time using them. Food was good, although unsure of the cost.
The room was clean and well serviced. Money and valuables were left out multiple times with no issues with room service staff. Bed was comfortable and had a good amount of desk space to work from if need be. View from the window was nice.
Bar downstairs have a lot of seating and it is a perfect spot for a late afternoon cocktail.

Look forwarded to staying again in the future.
