Fairly clean, with kitchenettes, good location, view out the windows is another building, lights don't work properly. We (me, wife, 2 year old) were looking for somewhere that was cheaper than other hotels and didn't break the bank. It ticked most of the boxes. Overall, we'd stay again unless there was something cheaper on Airbnb.

I stay on that apartment for a week. Got a good arrangement of all rooms (apartment room beside me seems in lack of good arrangement). Sofa in the Living room is really comfort to be sitted while watching tv there. Bed is big n clean bed linen. The wardrobe is huge with 3 different space to hang the clothes, covered with all mirror. There are washing machine, dryer, iron,refrigerator,dishwasher machine, stove,microwave, and water heater that all operated well. All receptionist are friendly and helpful. And the most important thing is the location is near to many spot in this sydney. And we could go anywhere easily by walk, train, bus, or taxi that all position are near to us (near station).

Stayed in a standard room with a queen bed and additional sofa cum bed. Stayed with wide and two kids. Self sufficient room. All things provided including dish washing detergent for hand washing and dish washer. Bathroom and toilets are clean and well stocked with clean towels and basic toiletries.
The carpets were coming out in waves in some places. Room was much cleaner. But the corridor outside stank of a mouldy odour. Carpet in the corridor definitely needs replacement or a thorough clean.
Overall good experience. Very close to public transport. IGA super market is just 2-4 mins walk. IGA also has a food court for good food at lunch to cater for the business executives. Cannot ask for more in the heart of the business district.response / report this review -

I booked a two bedroom king suite with a spa when we went to our room they had put the king bed in the second room very small and the small bed in the spa room.when I told them they blamed the cleaning staff and said there's nothing they can do so I asked for a discount and the best they would do is give me free parking $15 wow I could have paid for a cheap room if I wanted a small bed and no spa. Very disapointed

Dank, dismal, dark and distressed. This place is poorly maintained. My room number had fallen off and I had to work out which room was mine by counting doors. The room stank of some combination of smoke, cleaning products, dampness and who knows what. I thought it had perhaps been unoccupied, but after 3 days of running the room fan it was still the same. The bathroom hot tap did not work - no water came out. The whole bathroom was dated and worn out. The dishwasher was out of order and partially removed - perhaps the source of the smell. The room was dark and the lights institutional. Aside from a good location, good water pressure, and my room being very quiet there is nothing to recommend this place. I actively avoided returning to my room for anything other than sleeping. It should have been renovated years ago, but they clearly don't care as all the issues would be obvious to them.

Place was reasonably good location. However did not have a very good stay here as the room was very old, shower was absolutely terrible. We tried to change rooms to one with a better shower however they were unable to accommodate and did not offer anything else to make our stay more enjoyable. The balcony was very dirty so could not be used. Bed was uncomfortable. Overall was not a great experience. Only positives were location and staff were friendly.

Comfortably sized apartment. However, it has clearly not been updated in quite some time as there is obvious wear in the carpet and paint. The shower is terrible as the nozzle is MAYBE 5ft off the floor and it is high on impossible to get a good temperature. Washer and dryer are old but serviceable.

Friendly reception, neat tidy rooms. Everything as advertised / expected. Unfortunately the bedroom TV did not work. Handy location with many convenience stores nearby

It's nice to come home to a kitchen when you are on vacation. In a little hidden alley next to an all you can eat yakiniku place ( make reservations. They are busy). The view kinda sucks but you have a balcony to have your morning coffee on.
