Located close to public transport and amenities. Parking a bit expensive ($16 per night). Rooms clean and tidy. Shower was super small but had a small bath as well which was nice.

Large room.. I was on level 16 and I was very surprised about the size and amenities that were provided.. the hotel is five minutes walk to the Parramatta Westfield shopping centre. The train station and bus interchange is next to the shopping centre. Parramatta Leagues club is ten minutes drive from the hotel

Good and spacious rooms ideal for single and family occupancy. Staff is very polite and courteous. The only drawback that I saw was that the rooms did not have dishwashers in them. The hotel has an in-house gym and swimming pool.

Being honest it is not terrible, but not exceptional. I have stayed twice and I found the food poor both times. Breakfast and dinner. Room was ok, few broken fittings like the sink, but otherwise had a good night sleep. Other Mantras have been far better.

I attended a seminar on Super at Mantra. Meeting room appeared well maintained. Speakers were not as good though. Location is fantastic close to Parramatta train station and Westfield shopping centre.

My wife and I stayed at this place and we had a real bad experience when we checked in we were informed we would have to pay for the PARKING and WIFI at our arrival Which was misleading because online they do not mention anything such. we went out the following night and on arrival back to the hotel the parking was full. The staff at counter told us to go and find parking outside since the hotel parking was full after having an argument one of the staff decided to move a car to make space for our car. That same night we heard a man and women fighting next room to ours and it sounded really bad I called the front desk and after 30 minutes a girl from front desk came knocking on our door asking why did I call and when she heard the loud noises she decided to knock on there door to find out what was going on. than she left but the voices kept getting louder and after 45 minutes cops came knocking on our door to get more information about the altercation. after another half an hour later more cops came banging on our door to question us. We paid good money to stay at a safe and respectful place but we felt like we were staying in some motel in the hood. I will never recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family NOT A GOOD PLACE TO STAY

Went for a conference at this venue - the temperature was cooler than expected - Water jugs were not refilled. The coffee expresso machine and choice of different coffee was great. The mini pastries was alright - could have been a bit bigger. This looked like they were trying to cut their costs.
The lunch food was well prepared and top order food as well as sweet and juices supplied.

Small rooms but comfortable. Reasonably clean. Tea and coffee facilities provided. Mini bar snacks available. Bathroom and laundry facilities are compact. About 5 minutes walk from the train station and bus stop. Bit tricky to find. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Very friendly staff, rooms a bit dated.
Shower tap was leaking all night.
Room service took 1hr 15mins and arrived cold. The club sandwich is truly delicious but bread had gone hard and stale after sitting in the kitchen for so long.

Wifi speed very bad. It really sucksssss. Even it takes time in Buffering. Internet is not included and have to pay extra for it. Gym not good. Very small and only have 1-2 machine. Rooms are nice n clean. Location is best if you want metro station n mall nearby.

I have stayed at both the Mercure and the mantra in Parramatta. Location is the mantra's biggest asset, this place is perfect. However the hotel itself is not as nice. It is missing small things like nice showers ( I'm wayyy too tall for mine, I'm 6'3") and no bath robes. Even the cleaners didn't take out an empty pizza box. Still a nice place, don't get me wrong. But do you want prime location, or a nice hotel?

Great hotel with good facilities. Rooms are very spacious with comfortable bed. It's conveniently located and is only a 2 minute walk to Parramatta station and Westfield. I'd definitely stay here again.
