Nicely located not far from Macquarie Shopping Centre. Rooms are nice and comfortable and surroundinds are great for a relaxing walk. Friendly and helpful staff for visitors.

Wonderful service and love it's flexible service. Its lake view is also amazing. I'd rather stay here than 5-star rated price hotel.

Rooms are a good size, modern and clean. On the first floor the rooms have small balconies and a lovely view of the lake. Afternoon sun in the extreme heat made the air conditioning a godsend. Service is friendly and the lounge with free refreshments is a superb touch. Very good value.

Great location for relaxing since it is located inside Mcquirie University. Good, clean and modern rooms. The rooms include everything you would expect a high end hotel to have. The service could be improved. The breakfast is also nothing special. Overall it's a good place to stay. You probably need a car if you are a tourist and need to explore the city as the hotel is far from the city (there's a train station close to it though).

In need of a facelift and a pressure clean for the layers of grime. Some windows face the driveway, and the lighting is poor. Might have been 4 stars in 2000, but definitely not any more.
