Very run down. In need of lots of TLC. Very expensive for what it is. Have stayed at others nearby which represent far better value & are much cleaner.

Manager and staff are friendly and helpful. Room are clean and nice. Its a quiet and safety place to stay. Price is reasonable. More important all what u need just in ur room.for example microwave, hairdryer,kettle,toaster and more. I 100% recommended here. And more over its near train station and also the best italian restaurant in town.

Good price lovely family business very helpful people. I stayed there and my car ran out of rego. They let me leave my car there for a week and when I returned the battery was dead. The owners son drove his own car to jump start me. And the hotel had been renovated and had a change of ownership. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Far better than the last owner.

The place is close to Summer Hill train station which is a positive, yet Sumner Hill is far from the city centre so each time I took the train I had to stop at central first, resulting in longer travel times overall. Wouldn't recommend staying here if you want to travel to the city centre everyday. The hotel sits opposite a 7 Eleven which is an advantage - any small things needed can be purchased without going too far. There are lovely restaurants and a large grocery store just walking distance from the hotel, also another advantage.
The hotel staff are reasonable and do try to assist you with any concerns you have regarding your rooms. The service however isn't always the best - my towels were not replaced the one day, and when I called them to replace the towels they handed me yet another unclean towel with stains on it. After further notifying this with them, staff apologised and did indeed deliver a clean set.
The rooms are clean and functional, but have little ventilation, making the air conditioner almost necessary. Bathrooms are small and cramped but still functional, with soap dispensers instead of actual soap. Overall, this place is practical, functional, but not aesthetically pleasing. Stayed here in January.
Positives: Staff was great, very helpful and polite.
Negatives: cleanliness needs improvement especially in bathrooms. I saw a full size cockroach in my bathroom which hid behind the gap between the floor and wall in the shower cubical, got extra chairs in room with cobwebs in it.response / report this review -

Clean rooms, modern bathroom, funky lighting, very friendly staff and free parking which was securely locked overnight! Prices were reasonable too. I'll stay there again.

Absolutely underrated as an establishment! This place has great accommodation and is perfect for a cheap place to stay. The staff are so courteous and helpful. They offer great advice to any visitors looking for the very best in Sydney. I ended up going out to a casino with one of the staff members which shall remain nameless 😂 Had a great night. Thanks once again guys!!

Smooth check in. Cleaning staff had clearly attempted and not succeeded in covering up smell of cigarettes. Wifi didn't work on first night. No body soap in laundry. Otherwise comfortable rooms.

Such a horrible place please save your money and go somewhere else! There was blood on my friends towel and dirty socks in the room. My friend woke up with bite marks on her as well so bed bugs or what? The parking is dangerous especially up the ramp the road leading up to it can only fit one car!

Upon reading the positive reviews, my friends and I thought it would be a decent place to stay for the night, but we were mistaken. I don't know why anyone would give this place 4 stars let alone 5; I'm being quite generous in giving it 2. The car park we were guaranteed didn't exist, and there's only one ramp used for the top parking level with serious blind spots (head-on collision, anyone?). We found dirty socks on the floor, my towel was covered in blood stains, and when we alerted the manager, he just shrugged his shoulders. The 'free' wifi is fitting as it didn't work, and I woke up with large bites on my legs. I don't know about this abundance of toiletries; they were basic at best. I've stayed in cheaper motels that were much better. Certainly not good value for money. Do your homework and find somewhere better for such an inflated price, otherwise use this place as your desperate and final option.

Had a great night there! It was clean (small stain on comforter but that was it), the shower was super nice, and they had a lot of complimentary toiletries.

A Group of about 20 males decided to have a party outside our room 12am sounded like 20.people some girls laughing all night.
My small child was terrified at the doors
slamming males shouting.all night people making out in front door outside our room it sounded like.
the party stopped 6am then i had to get up for work.
Managment did nothing this place reminds me of a jail cell DOORS ON CUPBOARDS FALLING OFF.
NEVER AGAIN.
looks like 20 people hired a room for fun with some girls.
The furniture inside is ohs issue.
definite did not feel safe no wonder the girl in the office asked for money up front.
Sub standard by any means not worth more than $50 a night as sleep is not possible here.
It seems like people use this as a party joint.
Smoke smell everywhere.
Worst experience in a motel in my like very unhappy there are no excuses to run a place in this condition
