  Some of the best seafood I have ever eaten. Clean and beautiful hotel, 5 star service and reasonable prices. Very satisfied.

  room stinks of mold fridge had leaked all over the carpet paint was peeling off the ceiling
  the tv only had 4 chanels and 3 of those were all snowy and unwatchable the wifi would not connect to my laptop this place is disgraceful a total waste of money

  Good location, clean, comfortable, close to public transport. If you're looking for a place to stay near Bankstown Central this is a good choice.

  Cheap, but leaves a little to be desired. Clean on arrival, but room not serviced thereafter. Room & bathroom a little shabby, certainly seen better days.
  
  Staff friendly & helpful, but not always visible.
  
  Cash-only payment for breakfast & there was no option to add it to the room bill.
  
  Also, there is an alcohol-free policy in the hotel with a notice to the effect that guests will be fined if found with alcohol on the premises.

  Went here for a romantic get away with my partner and was very disappointed don't get me wrong the staff was nice and friendly but the hotel does not live upto what was in the pictures on there web site !!!!we asked for a double bed and we got two singles zipped together where the zipper dug into our backs the bath was dirty as hell I had to scrub it before I used it the pool and spa was a huge disappointment the spa was not working and the pool was disgusting the water looked horrible and there was bugs in it as well as dirty towels laying all over the seats and the stair way down to the pool and spa was dirty as hell!!! The gym was way smaller then it looked in the pictures!!!! Every time I tired to sleep I was woken up by the pumping when others used it as it was loud as hell!!! And to top it off while staying there the place was cover with police finger printing a room which made me feel even more uncountable and not wanting to sleep!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone at all!!! They need to get this place in better shape and upto better Standards
