really horrible never use this panel shop. Not only extreamly expensive, but also very rude.
In addition, you have to wait for al least 1 month until you car is fully fixed.

The assessor was Rude and lazy. He wouldn't even remove rain drops off my car to properly assess damage to the paint work. Total waste of time and unprofessional

Northern Melbourne Branch did a really good job. Besides professional repairing, they cleaned my car inner and outer, inflated the tire, make it like a new one. Big surprise.

My experience with Correct Accident Repairs in North Melbourne was exceptional. I was involved in a car accident (I wasn't at fault) and I was sent to Correct Accident Repairs by the other driver's insurance company. They made the whole process as painless as possible. I primarily dealt with Mark and he was fantastic. The staff were wonderful to deal with, friendly and knowledgeable. Upon pickup, my car had also been thoroughly cleaned (inside and out) which was a wonderful surprise! Would highly recommend them to everyone!
