I bought my second hand Camry in 2013 and it has always pulled to the left when I drive. I have told countless times to whoever service my car about this but no one ever fixed it (with wheel alignment and all those hustles), not to mention how much I have spent for fixing nothing.

BUT THESE GUYS AT THE CHADSTONE CENTRE FIXED IT. Not Kmart in Macquarie shopping centre in NSW, not even Ryde Toyota in NSW but these guys at Chadstone Toyota. Now I no longer need to turn my wheel so hard just to drive straight.

Thank you, you guys deserve more than your current rating.

Poor Customer service. Went there for my Toyota Camry (2013) back seat belt issue. They ask me for come 3 week's later. I told them it's safely issue. Can't want for such long time. They didn't care. Then I went to Frankston Toyota. Within 1 hour they fixed my problem.

They have serviced my car for 3 years. Drop off is pretty quick, loan cars always available (small cost I think), car drives noticeably better when serviced and they have it ready when they say they will. Customer lounge area is in the showroom so nice and warm. For a car service place they are actually really good. If I was to buy another Toyota from somewhere else due to price or deal, I would still take it here to get serviced.

Still in process to buy the car. Got a decent deal, got stuck as signed the contract, wasn't able to get the car as it wasn't in stock for over 4 weeks. Sales person was more attentive before I signed the contract. Now he wont even care as the sale is done. Finance Guy John is nice. Buying a new car experience is not so great for me anymore. Left confused. :(

I hit a curb and had wheel replaced here. We agreed to 2nd hand wheel. When I went to pick car up hub caps were all in the boot thought it was strange and a bit weird/lazy. Week later when I got round to putting them back on myself it was obvious they didn't put the hub caps back on because they didn't fit on the new wheel. Wtf were they thinking.

This is my 4th car from Chadstone Toyota. I do check around but keep coming back to the personal service. I have been very happy with the service department. The mechanic Nick is very knowledgeable and the service guys at the front desk are helpful AND LISTEN!

The big dealers are too impersonal and you are just a number, here you are a person. To get that and good prices is what I want. I checked pricing at 2 bigger dealers in the eastern suburbs, but they were no cheaper. I was very happy with the price and the trade in value.

These guys are great, I bought a second hand prius c here, ex factory owned, clean and smooth car. Alan facilitated the whole process, I came in for a test drive, loved the car, and got it within the week. Alan answered my hundred questions and requests promptly, was very happy. I didn't end up going with their finance option as a novated lease suited me better, but Peter, the finance manager still took the time to explain the process fully. The whole used car team, including Brett the manager were all very friendly, and they happily made the necessary changes to details on the documentation when a mistake was noted. I'll definitely be coming back here for servicing and hope to keep a long term customer relationship with these guys.
