Disappointing experience because when I went to pick up my new car it wasn’t ready. I waited 40 minutes to be told that it was stuck in Park in the car wash?. The cars digital system would have to be reset and they could get the car to me on Monday. I cancelled the purchase because it wasn’t good enough considering it’s an expensive car. I received no follow up call on the Monday, not impressed..

I bought my first Wrangler last week and had the pleasure of dealing with the City Jeep team. Iwan made the whole experience effortless. He shared his knowledge and didn't feel like i was dealing with a sales person, felt more like talking to a Wrangler enthusiast / mate. Nancy made all this possible by finding the right finance option for me, she kept me well informed all the time and very quick response time. She was very friendly and provided genuine advice. I highly recommend the City Jeep team they're the best in the business. I felt like they believe in the product they sell and personally that matters to me. Thanks guys.

Amazing experience from start to finish! From the moment of first engagement with Ivan (salesman) to end purchase was a pleasure! he was Very informative , knew everything about the car, professional approach , very friendly and not pushy. Test drive and detailing the car was left with no stone un turned. When further staff involvement was had with Ivy the finance consultant and Dan the Sales Manger through to the sales process was an absolute pleasure. All staff listened and understood my needs and catered according in delivering the best result for my purchase. I would and will highly recommend this dealership for quality of service, respect and a very personalized , friendly approach. thank you for making my new car purchase such a happy and smooth process. I love my new car :)

I would like to thank ‘Team Jeep’ and company personnels at the customer sales division for there excellent support. Your customer sales executive Ivan and Ivy from finance took care of all my queries in a jiffy.
Ivan provided timely and helpful advice regarding the brand of vehicle I was purchasing. He let me know all the important information regarding the model. Ivan was extremely attentive and he listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. Ivy ensured that I received all the information regarding the finance and the time by which I would expect it to be approved. Staffs had a caring approach and are truly professional. Please accept my gratitude towards there speedy and efficient services. I would especially like to commend Ivan for his professionalism and superlative skills.

Fantastic service, prompt, professional and genuine care is what I received at Southbank Jeep from Dan Eades. His level of customer care exceeded my expectations from a car sales person and I was overwhelmed with the help and support Dan offered me during the purchase of our new vehicle. Great experience with Jesse back in August'16. Walking in 8 months pregnant, we were very specific with what we wanted. Jesse, guided us through all the pros and cons of each model we looked at - to meet our expanding family requirements - and the whole team stayed back until 7pm to look after us!!! We left that evening know we were picking up the perfect car for our current needs, in two days! Very very happy with Jeep Southbank. We will definitely be returning customers.

Really happy with the service given by the whole team at city jeep. Ivan took care of me from the get go and has really great customer service, make sure you ask for him! Ivy also made sure that I got the best deal and answered my 1001 finance questions 😂 had my first service the other day and everyone is really friendly and go above and beyond to ensure I am informed and up to date with everything ! Loving my Jeep Cherokee ❤️

Fantastic experience with Jesse who sold me a Grand Cherokee. He was patient and generous with information and was very passionate about what he did. Felt like I was in really good hands and wasn't just another number . The car is fantastic too! Really good value and loads of extras as standard. This is my second Jeep, never had a problem and the staff are always very friendly. I bought a Jeep! (again)
