  Sales team even doesn't deserve 0 star, worst sales staff. Thanks showing me your true colors before the sale. Good redundance, bought brand new car from other dealer despite nearby Coburg Toyota dealership.
  
  Message for owner - your sales staff is working very hard for other dealers(their insulting behavior towards customers are diverting them to other dealers)

  5 year old Hilux with full service history at this dealership had a blown engine at 98,000km. Was told it was the starter motor so we agreed to the cost of replacing it. Then told it was the injectors so again we agreed to the cost of replacements. Eventually told number 4 cylinder had gone. Had to pay thousands in order to get the vehicle back. Got replacement engine elsewhere. Disgusting service. Will never, ever deal with these people again.

  Beware guys .. Do not go to these dealership .. they tried to sell me 2015 kluger GX when other dealers were selling 2016 kluger GX with same price with extra accessories , they even advertised it cheaper and called it best deal which was bullshit .. and when i told them i need to think , their sale manager keep pushing me that i should put $1000 deposit or i wont get this deal if i come back next day ,which luckily i didnt do because once u pay them depost you wont get it back that's how dodgy they are , and when i walked out without paying deposit they suddenly changed their tone and becane very rude .. i even complained to Toyota about this dealer please do your research before going to this place ..Pathetic service

  Took my car in for a service today and received exceptional customer service and communication from their service team. They even washed, polished and vacuumed my car. Fantastic service. Best I've had from any Toyota dealership.

  One of the Worst Customer Service Experience you can have.. They tell you something over the phone but in actual you'll see a complete new elaboration of irrelevant phase.. Please Don't Waste time with them, there are plenty other Toyota Dealers, who can help and assist in a professional manner
