  My partner and I bought a Nissan Qashqai through the dealership and we had a great experience from the first interaction with the staff to the moment we picked up our new car in the time we expected. The customer service from Pedro (who sold us the car) and the rest of the team was fantastic. All conversations were honest and positive and we never felt like we were being pushed into anything which made us want to deal with Nissan Brighton even more! Also very impressed with the quality of the car for the price.

  I been there to check their stock as I heard about their sale. I found warmth greetings from their friendly staffs. Well decorated show room with free coffee and free WiFi. Definitely recommend to my family and friends.

  I recently purchased a used car at Nissan and my liaising with Vicki in sales was very easy.
  Very friendly not too pushy which made the experience so much easier.

  They were always more than happy to assist with my needs, no matter how big or small.

  I Purchased a used Nissan Dualis from Peter at Brighton Nissan last month. Very happy with the car and the sales process.
  
  Had a fuel pump gone in the second week, I rang spoke and the service team and they promptly were willing to help me. They fixed my car in 2 days at no cost to me, they even offered me a courtesy car and changed the battery in my key remote, outstanding service from Michael and Maddie.
  
  I have also purchased the Premium Extended warranty from Antonio in Finance and now have 3 years peace of mind and roadside assist.
  
  Extremely happy with the team and thanks everyone.
  
  Really recommend Brighton Nissan.

  I am still trying to come to terms with the way I have been treated by the staff at Brighton Nissan. Namely Lee, Jess and Antonio. Not only prior to purchase but the after sales service. I had already paid for the car and I was made to feel like I was the most important customer that has walked through the doors. After the presentation of my car that was wrapped up in the showroom and photos were taken Lee spent the next hour and a half going over every detail of what my car could do. Since my purchase l have had follow up calls to make sure that I'm happy. Well done you guys. I feel I can refer you to anyone. Ron

  Bloody awful awful service. I left my car for an aircon regas. You think the bloody so called technician would have noticed the leak coming from the radiator. No not likely. Now I not only have to replace the radiator, hoses but also the water pump and I even may have damaged the engine. I will never go back.

  We have recently purchased a vehicle from Brighton Nissan and had such an extraordinary experience, I felt compelled to write about it. There was a massive miscommunication during the purchasing and delivery process. Once we called the dealership to handle the situation, we were immediately responded to in a professional and courteous manner. The management took complete ownership of the situation; we felt confident we had chosen the right dealership to purchase from. I have no doubt this will be a lifetime relationship our family has with Brighton Nissan because of this situation.   OK, Best experience dealing with George from used cars lot. What a great guy
  
  Absolutely enjoyed dealing with him. Left me alone to check the cars, let me make my mind without pushing me into buying anything and extremely friendly. Before going there, I was on my guard as I expected to be insulted and treated like an idiot but it was completely opposite. Sadly I cannot say the same thing about the rest of them but George is such a amazing gentlemen that made the process so much easier.
  
  Within 10 min, I decided to buy my dream car from him. He followed with me going through completing the paper work so it made the whole process so much easier.
  
  My recommendation, don't buy a new car from this place, buy a used one so you deal with him and feel so much happier about your purchase..
