I had something rattling around early morning on Saturday, this was one of the few open and looked at it straight away. Fixed the very minor issue but didn't charge me and was a great help. It's nice to have something down the road and local which is actually open Saturday mornings.

I have got my CAR serviced at Ultra Tune Richmond. I'm not happy with the professionalism and the quality of service. Previously I have got my Car servicing done at Ultra Tune Clayton and I can see drastic change between both branches though both are with same company. While booking I've spoken with Leona and mentioned that I'm looking for Log Book 110,000 KM service. When I got my servicing done, I've been told that I need to get these many things to get my log book stamped. I understand for some security reason I need to meet the criteria and get all things done which are mentioned in Log Book but what I didn't like is the things which are not mentioned in Log book and got changed recently, moreover unnecessary dominance that if you don't get all these things done we'll not stamp your log book. To have clean record I said please go ahead with all the things. Then I've been told that I need to get my battery replaced which I have replaced only 15000 KMs before, when I said I don't want to go ahead with Battery replacement I have been told that I will not get there complimentary Road side assistance. I went ahead with Battery replacement as well.
Even after get so many things done. I would have not any concern if I would have not found problems in my CAR. One of my Dashboard light is not working in night. There is problem with brakes. I can see some of the positive reviews about them as well, I'm not sure on that as my personal experience is not that good. I'm not going there again !response / report this review -

In 30 years of driving, I have not had a better encounter with a mechanic. Roy and his team could not have been more helpful. Great service and excellent advice.

Great service, honest, reliable (and yes, I did say Honest) good value. I have been taking my car here for years and highly recommend Roy and his team. I know a bit about cars (grew up with Brothers) and Roy has always been straight up- No BS. Congrats guys.
