Staff were friendly & ready to help with whatever we needed. My family felt we weren't judged by our appearance (dressed casually because we had traveled many hours with young children. Room was comfortable

Disappointing for a 4*, it has seen better times. Could do with a lot of renovation. A suite without bathrobes, ugly curtains and an arrogant, haughty receptionist when we arrived. Also I expect free WIFI in a 4*, not $10 per day for my room plus $10 for the lounge. The other staff was really nice though. If the price is OK for you, the location is great however, very central, with Flinders Station just a short walk away.

Fantasies location, nice hotel. Close to the city and south bank. Rooms are a generous size. And the staff were really accommodating. The only issue we had was our room was a little bit noisy, I think we were next to the laundry.

I found this aparthotel to be great. It was clean and very spacious. Noise is good as well and it was close to the casino and shopping areas. It was easy to find and hotel staff were very friendly and quick.

Hello Got the 1 Bedroom suite kitchen, lounge/dining room & Bedroom/bathroom was Perfect size, it was clean & felt like a little place we could stay in for days if not weeks!
It was minutes away to either Crown casino section or the central CBD! Big Thanks to Jeff at Reception who looked after us we needed a early check in, Late check out for 2pm directions to this & that etc etc no problems ask for Jeff! Will be back for sure thanks! Lovely staff, upgraded us to a bigger room which was a nice bonus! Convenient parking and clean, stylish rooms at a great price. Would recommend!
