Had an emergency light pop up during a day-trip to Ballarat. Called and visited Mazda Ballarat, they couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful.

They checked my car over, rotated the tyres and ensured there was no problems with my vehicle. It was quick, friendly and efficient. Shakira then gave us a great tip for a local cafe. Thank you.

At the start the staff and management where lovely, That was until I signed the contract, then things changed.

I was promised the car would be droppednof to me as I had already spent over 24hrs of road time to pic the car up. Then on the day of the car being delivered they told me they couldn't make it till late that evening. I told them to drop it off in Kerang (which they previously agreed to) and I was told very ubruptly NO I'm not willing to do that.

The point is I only went through with the deal because I liked the car so much I was so close to pulling the pin on it
