Never even , been here for 3 nights and the stupid fire alarm on every 10 mins, really annoying and can’t sleep at all. When I complained with the receptionist and receive the really unprofessional reply”sorry they can’t do anything as i can not focus the ppl to come to fix it if they don’t have time , I already got too much to do “. Well , if u don’t happy with ur job , plz talk to ur boss and let him know u got too much to do , not ur customer who’s paying for it and stay for nothing , no service , can’t sleep , by the way there r some “pet” like spider or moth will be with u while u stay, that’s the only entertainment u will get .i don’t understand how it rate by 4 stars .If u want to waste ur money , plz forget what I said . But I will let all my friends know never here !!!!

Wanted something close with good views and something flash after spending 7 nights in a cosy cabin yo be honest wish we stayed longer in cabins as the room we had was disgusting and dirty, Lights didn't work in main bedroom ,blinds didnt shut, hair all over bathroom floor hadnt been mopped or vacuumed, wee still on back of toilet seat, the shower had mould growing up walls plus bottom of shower was black had to wear thongs, beanches all slimy in kitchen , plates were just yuk, laundry area was just full of dust, blood on donnas we booked for 5 but only enough beds for 4 and the walls need a really good paint job done on them strains & marks everywhere when we mentioned about rooms they didnt care thought we might have been given some refund back & to top it off the security bond you pay takes 7 working days to go back in bank account so if you stay make sure u pay cash but i will never stay here again or recommend this apartment .

Stayed in two different apartments over 3 nights due to a last minute extension to our stay. First apartment was amazing 3 bed with huge open living and dining room overlooking to docks. Great views of the city and Ethihad Stadium (2 mins away) and short stroll to cafes and restaurants. Tram stop within 1 min walk.

Second 2 bed apartment had great views of the water and the Melbourne Star Observation Wheel from the many balconies. Unfortunately the apartment was not as clean as the first and the carpet had many burn marks. There was food scraps and tissues left in between the couch cushions and crumbs under the coffee table. This was disappointing after the great first apartment.

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and recommended lots of great places to visit while in Melbourne. Also let us store luggage for the day while we went sightseeing before leaving town.

Would recommend but will be checking cleanliness of rooms next time.

Good location, close to Etihad Stadium and a short free tram ride to big city. Room was ok, good bed, views out two sides with the design of the building. Very handy and we'll stay again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
The apartment we stayed is was dirty and the staff unprofessional. Floors not mopped, cigarette butts left on the carpet, rubbish from last occupant left in room , no locks on balcony door (unsafe for kids) or bedroom windows as they have been broken off so cold air comes in all the time. No AC in bedrooms. Carpets trashed beyond repair, holes in walls and doors with dodgy patch work, kitchen damaged, doors broken off hinges, lights not working, AC timber frame broken and left on the balcony ground with nails facing up.
Paid $20 per day for a car park that we could never use as someone else was always in it.
Staff not helpful and simply don't care. Office is not welcoming and set the tone of the stay.
Staff can't be bothered to open the office on time so luckily we didn't have flights booked. We needed to settle final account.
I should have read all the reviews and I regret staying here.

Great location - close to Harbourside shopping, Melbourne Star and free city tram stop. Room had all the necessary facilities, spacious and clean. Needs a little bit of maintenance though - several lamps and some of the lights didn't work. I think the oven was also not working or maybe I just cant figure out how to turn it on and tjere were no instructions on how to use any appliances. Still the location and comfortable rooms mean that I'll stay here again.

Layout of the room was good, and the price was reasonable. However, the room was filthy and featured ice cream finger painting on the windows and tv screen with a broken paddle pop stick in the rug to match. Other visitors' food was also in the rug, and strange marks on the walls. Blinds couldn't go up in one of the rooms, one lamp out of five worked, the taps didn't turn off, the fridge didn't work (resulted in cottage-cheese looking milk by the fifth day), the sliding glass doors to the balcony didn't close, and while we were staying there the toilet roll holder fell out of the wall. Complained to receptionist (who had previously promised to bring us a second key to our room on our arrival date and never appeared), and she promised to write a report - but didn't actually fix any of the issues. She did give us four extra dishwashing tablets, which was apparently meant to be very helpful in fixing and cleaning the apartment. Overall, good set up and good price, absolutely disgusting presentation and lazy management. Fine for the family who doesn't mind living in other people's filth, unacceptable for the rest of us. Would never stay here again.

Room although comfortable and clean plus great view,booked in for 3 nightstand in a 3 bedroom apartment on the Friday afternoon. We had 4 adults & 2 children and to our amazement when we opened cupboards to find 1 teaspoon, 1 knife 3 forks 2 desert spoons, then another cupboard only 2 bread and butter plates 2 dinner plates 1 saucepan 4 cups so we had to share things at breakfast time so had to eat out all the time, not really satisfactory probably won't stay here again. Reception arrived on Sunday evening at 5pm with some extra cutlery hmm just a little late.
