Really good experience buying here. The team felt welcoming and professional. Big shout out to Rebecca W, for going the extra mile and being super helpful to my wife who was tending the baby in the car and ensuring that she was comfortable and well looked after! The very service that swayed me more into the purchase (and obviously the fair price!). Thanks
Just had the worst experience in buying a new car from alan mance mitsubishi. Bought a brand new asx, im happy with the car but customer service is non existent.
Hayden majewski is the worst sales person i ever met, unprofessional and obnoxious. He’s treating me like i am wasting his time if i am not buying the car, instead of actually be nice and try to sell the car to me. The second time i called the dealer, a guy picked up, I said i would like to speak to Hayden, and he said Hayden went on holiday and just laughed. I left him a negative review on a mitsubishi survey, and he called me straight away(he was quick on this one), he was offended by my review and accused me that i just want free stuffs from the dealer. He didnt even think to apologise to start with. He’s lucky i bought the car off him, because my wife actually need a car asap and alan mance actually have one in stock, if i have another option, i would definitely walk away.
Olivia was meant to call me, for extra value protection packages, and i never even get an email, nor a phone call. I was actually thinking to put an extra accessories but no one contacted me.
Spoke to Andre about financing the car, he didnt even ask me for my documents and payslips, out of no where he told me the interest rate is 12,1% FOR A NEW CAR. The only thing he asked me is if i am renting or do i have a mortgage. He said because i am renting i have a higher interest rate which makes no sense. He also gave me a lecture about inflation and the whole economy in a macro, thinking i am an idiot. I hung up and i found a finance with much lower interest rate within a day.
I bought triton GSR in april 2022 from another mitsubishi and i got way better service and communication compared to alan mance mitsubishi. I even bought used cars before from another dealer and got treated much better.
If you’re thinking about coming here, think twice. I would strongly suggest to walk away and find another mitsubishi dealer.
We had a fantastic experience purchasing our first family car from the Allan Mance Mitsubishi team. We would like to say a big Thank you to Jarrod Gillan who assisted us, he is very kind and helpful. He guided us from day one until we got our car. No hassle and stress-free from finance, upgrades and paper works. He went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly. We would highly recommend him!
I have been getting my car serviced here for the last 3 years religiously! I LOVE the staff and service. I met Alan once and he is so kind and really helpful. He genuinely cares and wants to make sure you have a quality service.
Reception are always lovely and full of smiles, super helpful and the service is often done fairly quickly. I’ve never had an issue with them and after my service this week I wanted to take the time to write this review because I’m very grateful and happy with everything they’ve done for me the last 3 years. I’ve had other places treat myself and vehicles like garbage so it’s very refreshing to come to a place that cares.
They deserve all the praise they get.
We got our new car today! We couldn’t be any happier and definitely worth the wait.
Also need to mention lovely service by Courtney, she is patience, understanding and explain everything well. Great job and thank you to all the team!
Regards
Tayla & Yui
Went through Alan Mance for a trade in on my old Mitsubishi for a new one. There was a $4500 difference which they were meant to pay me. They were all good until a week had gone past and I hadn’t received the money for the trade in. 3 weeks went by when I received half of the trade in price. The next few weeks were full of lies from Alan Mance, Cheques in the mail, never came, bank transfer has been done, money never arrived on my account, was told I had supplied incorrect details yet they previously transferred the first instalment to the details I had provided. Had a phone call from Phil Mance, the owner, and was told he would sort it. Another 2 weeks went by before I was able to get hold of him again and he told me he has just posted the cheque, 3 days later I received the remaining money, via a bank transfer. I would highly recommend the Triton, but wouldn’t recommend doing any business with the Alan Mance chain
WORST SERVICE EVER!
Paid for an assessment with knocking noise from the front end, steering to the left and a know Diff bush issue. after months and months or trying to book in, a loan car was provided for 1 days work. Finally replaced parts including both front lower control arm and other extras.
Got a phone call late in the arvo to say that they have cross threaded the nut and stud bolt for the wheels and may have to keep the car until they order new stud bolts, but i had to return the loan car.
a day later, my car was fixed and ready for pick up, paid $3000 on marked up parts and labour and on the drive home noticed that the car issues that i initially brought the car in for was still there. noises and pulling to the left. They had not bothered to test the car before returning to me. i was told that more work should be done until the issues are solved. basically they were changing unnecessary parts and ripping me off.
i took the car to another mechanic and just by verbally explaining the issue already knew what was wrong. he sprayed lubricant onto the suspension strut and temporarily fixed the issue. it was only going to be a $400 repair, no need to replace the suspension because there is a Mitsubishi procedure in which it corrects the problem.
PLEASE. BE AWARE OF DEALER MARK UPS ON PARTS AND LABOUR.
BE AWARE OF SCAMS!
Courteous, friendly and easy to deal with. They take the time to listen. Lounge with newspapers, TV and coffee, if you want to wait for your car. Under the bonnet you can see colour coded markings ticking off components they have checked or serviced.
Fast, affordable service, very helpful
It was closed when I got there. But few of my friends got a super dooper deals on Mitsubishi!
Absolutely shocking parts department
Called with part number needed. Bloke on phone apparently could not help me because he was holden guy and mits guy was at lunch. Told him i needed 12 of this part. He said would not sell 12. Asked him if he cant help how does he know.
Mits bloke calls and refuses to sell 12 of these items despite being in stock. Asked what difference does who buys them make and all i could get was "dunno"
Went to another mits parts place got what i wanted immediately
No wonder dealerships go broke when the tools on the phone wont sell anything
Great service and did a real good deal for me!
Great friendly and knowledgeable team. Not the cheapest but definately reliable and to me that worth more.
They made me wait 30mins but the service is exceptional
Well run service department. Intelligent staff, always good value. Nice job!
The service department looked after me very well I'm very happy with there help and honesty about the repairs to my Suzuki Swift. Thanks to Alan and his staff.
We experienced the worst customer service at this dealership. My husband bought a car from them in early 2016. With the purchase, he was supposed to get an iPad (promotional deal). At the time my husband picked up the car, they had run out of iPad’s and asked him to come back later once they have stocked up. My husband came back at a later date to see if they have stocked up (because he hadn’t heard from them) and was given the run around. We emailed and revisited the dealership on a number of occasions. Still no iPad. I can’t even tell you the number of times I called to see what was going on. Finally, it got escalated (towards the end of 2016, after we had waited for almost 12 months) and I was told that it was MY fault and that I won’t be receiving the iPad and that I had left it too late. I asked how is it my fault? It’s not like we hadn’t emailed, made phone calls and personally come into the dealership. I honestly think that they were hoping we would just give up and go away. If you could not give us what was promised, as part of the promotion – then, please don’t promote it, or substitute it with something similar. It’s terribly rude that they blamed us for their incompetence. We buy a new car every 3 to 4 years. We won’t be coming back there. These guys need to be re-educated on customer service.
