Was given a different car. Replacement car was very dirty from inside and bad odur. Also needed wheel alignment big time as it looked crashed bfr i got it. I also showed it to the staff who said its alright. Ripped me off with the price and other hidden charges on top. Will not reccommend. Alamo redspot horrible car with horrible service.

i don't know why the name Terry Lynch appears, my name is Steve Drakoulis. I have used Redspot for the last 3 times I have traveled and found them very good. Easy to deal with, friendly staff. each time I return the car with a full tank, and did so again on 4/9/17, just a few kms from the airport where I always fill up. I was surprised to see next day that they charged me another $29 for 'fill the tank'. That is unacceptable, and my complaint has not been answered. There are plenty of others I can choose from the next time, no excuse for charging me extra under false pretenses.

The service I received here was awesome! I had made a mistake with my booking, but the friendly salesperson was only to eager to help me find a car suitable for my wife and I. Brilliant service! Will be back again!

Our pick up was very efficient, friendly and helpful desk staff. The car a Kia Rio was spotless, only 8k kms and performed immaculate. Drop off was simple and without hassle. All round very good experience we'll definitely use you again. Thank you. Roger Miles, Qld.

I never had an experience like this it looks they are on slow motion check in having reservation took more than 30 minutes is beyond slow dont know how describe it.

Redspot Melbourne Airport were fantastic. The staff were friendly. The process to collect the car easy and quick. The car itself was clean and in New condition. The return was just as quick and easy. Would definitely use Redspot again and highly recommend them

No real problems but a frustratingly slow experience when I arrived to collect the car I had booked. Took AGES to process. Way too slow. Also, the car I ordered I chose for specific reasons and it wasn't available?? I ended up with a Kia Rio and it was AWFUL. Possibly the worst car I've ever driven.

Pickup was fine, very courteous staff. Problem arose when I got a speeding ticket (28mph in a 24 zone, welcome to Australia), and redspot charged me a $55 processing fee on top of the fine. Didn't see this in the terms when I signed, they claimed it was, either way it's an extortionate amount on top of an already expensive ticket. Wouldn't reduce or waive, will not be renting here again.
