I sold my 2013 Tiguan through these guys are they were pretty good to deal with. Walked me through the current prices, we settled on an agreed price and the sale came only about $500 under that. The whole process honestly was professionally done. Genuine customer and I don't work for UAA and writing a fake LOVE THE SERVICE FIVE STARS review..

Very unpleasant experience. Everything was fine until I wanted to check with another dealer for a price comparison and then the hostility started. Sales person Amanda referred to customers as stooges during our discussion on prices. I wanted the car they had. But I'm so glad I walked away.

Most painful experience I've ever had trying to buy a vehicle. Saw the previous negative reviews but gave them a benefit of a doubt. Big mistake.

Paid a deposit subject to inspection, had the car inspected by my own RACV guy - not theirs. Some previous damage was found. Wanted to pull out then things got nasty.

Felt bullied. From their manager to their sales and even finance and marketing team. All singing the same song. They wanted to keep 1% of the car's sale price from my deposit while trying to get me back in for the sell.

Had to get Consumer Affairs involved to resolve it. Got my deposit back in full.

Wouldn't recommend. Normally people only post reviews when it's negative. This is a different story and people need to know cause they're so convinced they're right and it starts from the top.
