Great coffee and great food, this location has improved leaps and bounds recently, the wait staff were very attentive and friendly, chilled water brought to our table without having to ask (it was a hot day) prices are standard for a nice cafe and I found it one of the nicer spots in the area. I would (and will) go again.

I come here weekly and the food, cofee and service is always consistenly good. Excellent customer service esp the lady staff. She is so soft spoken, very warm and welcoming. We take our kids here and they ate very family friendly place. Their menu is very extensive woth lots of choices and coffee is very good! I am a proud cofee club member and i will keep coming back

It was bad experience from this store. The manager (Nick) did not have good customer service manner no smile looks grumpy besides he picked to serve different customers while i was next to be served, should know customers are doing favour by purchasing.

Most disappointing visit to what normally is a great cafe chain. The staff at the site were lack lust & seemed disinterested in the job. We had to ask for pretty much everything from water to cutlery, to sauces. The steak sandwich came with soft cold bread & the piece of steak had no seared mark from the grill & more like it was warmed in the micro wave. If your going to charge cafe prices for the meals, they need to at least look & taste like a quality meal.
The only positive was the quality of the coffee.

A very different & disappointing visit compared to our numerous other visits to Coffee Clubs in other suburbs.

Pretty ordinary food. Had the Beer Battered Fish and chips and it tasted plain, no seasoning what so ever. Even the salad had too much dressing which should be impossible to screw up.

Service is good but for the price, it doesn't show on the plate. If you just want an average coffee for an average price, it's OK, but I think what you're really paying for here is their rent. (The location is great with a good view of what's going on around the whole town centre!)

Good place to meet friends over a coffee for a chat and to people watch, but expensive for what you get.

I'll never get use to the prices of "the coffee club". But I have ask why I keep going back over and over again. It's the taste! The staff seam distracted sometimes like they never want to be there, which brings the mood down a bit. And some days the food tastes drastically different then previous visits, which I don't understand. But overall I enjoy the meal and am always willing to pay.
