It is 3:20pm and I sat on the long chairs which are sort of in the alley opposite Portmans coz I have my son in the pram. Just to have more space. The table has a used glass with water, coffee stains on the table and leftover food. The girl brought my order in and I didn't asked t to be clean just to see if she does something. She just looked at it and gave my order. Horrible service as always in Coffee Club DFO Essendon, Melbourne.
Obviously hygiene is not a major issue for the staff here. This is not the first time I've experienced this. Same issue at Plenty Valley. Always have to ask for the table to be cleaned

The girl in register is likely rude and no eye contact with me and my friend at all.
I am also wondering why the burger bread is cold which I ordered..
I'd rather go subway but not here.

very rude staff,, we went on friday 28th april at 4 and order for coffe.. they said we are closing if you want take away we all able to give you other wise noo and when we walk through at 5:30 still they were open:(

One of the worst brunches ever! No soy milk available and please do not ask for the mash avocado and fetta on a toast! They put avocado as it was Vegemite and overcharge 16 dollars for it! Plus if you want eggs or bacon are extra!

I ate here last Saturday and I thought the customer service was great. The food was also amazing but not as good as the person who served me. Thank you for the great meal and coffee will be back again.

Today I had a lovely experience at the coffee club dfo Essendon.
The lady that served me was named Dani. Not only was she quick and helpful with taking my order but she took the line out the doors orders, made the coffees, ran everything out and still had a smile on her face.
Super woman I tell you.
One question, where is the support? One worker shouldn't have to do all the work. I saw a younger lady sitting down on the table, looking at the line of customers and not lifting a finger.
