I wouldn't recommend buying a vehicle from here. Fees are ridiculous for both buyers and sellers - much better off buying through private sellers.
They were good. signage a little ordinary for what I needed to do, but was an easy experience ( I'm just REALLY glad it wasn't raining)
Excellent experience with a buy it now car - the salesman ‘Ray’ at the Eagle Farm outlet was easy to work with, knew his stuff and made the whole process easy. Very happy.
Manheim was top notch! A big thanks to Stratton and Dustin for getting me my car at a great price. I truly appreciate their assistance throughout the process. I would definitely refer Manheim to anyone looking for quality vehicles.
I would never deal with this company ever again.
Unless you have 50-100 cars to sell you would have to be very lucky to sell your car with this business.
We have been told by multiple people at the auction unless you have more then 50 cars to sell we won’t look after you , because we have large clients to look after before you.
We took our car to them to sell and in the first week it went through and got referred at $7600.
It took the auction 3 hours to get back to us, by the time they got back to us and the buyer. The buyer had bought another car and was no longer interested in ours.
We also Rang them after the referral and we where told just sit by the phone someone will call you.
When we eventually got the call we where asked if we wanted to sell for $7600 and we excepted.
We cancelled our insurance because we thought the car was sold because that’s what we where told by by francise from manheim.
The next day we got another call from francise that the car would be going through the auction again because it didn’t sell.
She told us that they where under staffed and that’s the reason it took them so long to get back to the buyer.
They also told us that car yards don’t like to get phone calls from the auction till end of the day,
They like to Bid on multiple cars and at the end of the day they can decide which cars they want and which they don’t.
My reply to that was so they have the right to bid on 10 cars in a day and if they are all referrals they don’t have to buy any of them at all.
Her answer was Yes that’s true they don’t have to buy any of them.
You can send your car to manheim and get referred 3 times and if your unlucky the car yard decides not to buy it , you still have the pleasure of paying manheim $450 for the experience sold or not.
Then because we complained about what happened we got shoved to the end of the que on the following weeks auction and can imagine how many buyers there left at the end of the day.
The last ten cars of the day didn’t even get a bid.
My advise to anyone interested in selling a car just use Carsales much better experience and less cost.

You can get a good bargain if you know what you are doing, unfortunately most idiots who attend pay more then market value for vehicles because somebody told them they are guaranteed a great price. The fees and charges keep on rising and the customer service is terrible allot of rude angry ladies behind those desk! but hey then again i would be angry too if i had to deal with the kind of morons who attend this place. Most cars have issue and that's why they are being sold through manhiem so keep this in mind when buying a vehicle allot have electrical or overheating/cylinder head problems allot of people who leave with lemons have a really bad day. lol but hey.. LIFES A RISK CARNAL
Great buys but they too quick and you dont know if its your bid or not.
Many 1star reviews, this obviously shows how incompetent these guys really are. Don't bother bringing your car here.
I bring in a perfectly fine Mercedes convertible with 60,000ks on the clock. In immaculate condition. Wasted about an hour of my time waiting around to be told they will not put my car for sale, not auction fixed price.
On top of this tried to low ball me telling me it's worth 14k when at the time most on car sales were selling for 22k. I was happy to sell for 18k.
End of the day will never bother with this auction or pickles.
Also I've noticed in the auction side workers fake bidding on cars to jack prices then walking back to the office side door close to cafeteria entrance
Let's wait and see the automated response from owner :)
The only good part was the car which by the way could not be test driven!! Stratton is a flog and if he comes to talk with you RUN as fast as you can the other way!! He will tell you untruths and not do what he says. I was around cars and car yards for many years and know what customer service is all about and I can honestly say I will NEVER purchase another car from their buy now section. Seriously give them a miss and purchase elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would but it wont let me
Shifty stuff and owner .lot of rubbish cars .cannot sell with dealer come to them after that. Let u pay fees. And they dont care if the car not working after that. Gumtree better than them. They have special people online they keep bidding . People dont try buy online they will ripe u off .
Bad experience with them. Participated in auction to get a vehicle. I was the highest bidder yet they referred me. Later on they called me saying that the reserved price is 2000$ more than the one I scored. Wasted my whole day and got delayed for my start up. These guys are a rip off of time and money.
Plenty of cars to choose from staff are not pushy at all just helpful you could definitely find a bargain here
Amazing deals for someone with patients and a good eye for wear and tear. I suggest doing your research on the cars that you are interested in, most used vehicles have a used car review/guide that's easily found on google. Also be patient sometimes it's better not to get excited on the Saturday and let it go without a bid even if you have to. The vehicle will be sown again the following Wednesday and the owners are more likely to agree to a lower than reserve price. Also take note of the lot number as the are in order so if you have a really high number don't go too early or be prepared to stand around all day waiting. Unless there is a few of the same model cars that you are interested then it's always good to get a reference on what the going price may be.
Great place to buy a cheap car. If you know much about cars and looking for something good at a cheap price go for it. Of course you need to.make sure you don't bid for a lemon. There are a variety of cars like former government, prestige and lower class cars.
