Always by my cakes from this store, the customer service and their products are excellent will always buy them from this store.I highly recommend the cheesecake shop St Albans to all my friends keep up the good work guys.

One of the slices we bought had mould inside it! According to the expiration date it should have been good for another two days. We called the store and they said to return it for a refund/exchange. But I would have liked a proper apology and a discount to make up for it.

Bought 2 marble mud cakes just did not look like like marble mud at all inside. Frosting of the cake looked great, but the inside was very poorly made. The mud cake (both flavours) was very greasy and therefore didn't taste good at all. The inside just looked like a lighter shade of brown, no clear distinction between the white and mud portions. Contacted Cheese cake shop, no response. So much for customer service. Safe to say i won't be buying anything from any cheese cake shop franchises. Low quality stuff.

Have had a few cakes from this store while they were likeable the service there is horrible you can clearly see certain workers treat other workers and customers like crap, one worker has been threatened or in danger twice in the last two weeks. Another time you could hear the owners yelling from the back of the shop while the workers tried to act like everything was normal, one cake was under cooked one worker apologised as they said the ovens were broken and taking double the time to cook. Not worth the money at all. If you are going to run a company like this then i suggest you close up shop and go work for people who do know how to run a business. Would like to thank a worker from a monday i was served by a few weeks back lovely girl, very kind give her my thanks for making one time worth actually visiting and making it enjoyable she looked to be in her teens, probably my favourite worker and although she was nervous a bit she did wonderful customer service.

so sad to give such a popular business a low rating i do recommended this business but go elsewhere there are many cheese cake shops out there go to any other than this if you want money worth cakes!
