Clean and pleasant rooms. Very kind personnel. Reasonable prices. Only downside is that the parking is not included in the price.

Can't fault this hotel for the price I paid at all, great value for money.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The place had a young relaxed vibe but all the creature comforts of a hotel.
It's random to say but it's the only hotel I ever stayed in where the hairdryer actually drys my hair in less than 10 mins!
The location is also great not far from Vienna centre and close to the underground.response / report this review -

I simply like the location as it is in a quiet area near the U Bahn and away from touristic shopping areas. Meininger is a nice hotel that gives you the feel of a hostel because everyone is friendly and smiling. This hotel is very simple, the room was spacious and breakfast was good.

Me and my family enjoyed our staying. Friendly personnel, nice location, cosy and quiet hotel. Breakfast was cold buffet, eggs were boiled. Overall I rate it as good value for money.

Very good and affordable price for a 3 star. Near to almost every thing a tourist may need. Just faces some noise in the morning I think it was the garbage truck.

Room too warm. Asked for an early check in as travelling very early hours of the morning to get there. Not available on arrival. Yet had booked hotel 6 months previous. Room tidied most days but not cleaned. Sheets not changed depsite 33 degree weather and we were there 7 days. Continual had the extra pillow that was being used removed back to the spare bed. No pillow slip for the 7 days it was used. Bar downstairs never had a member of staff on for it reception had to cover this as well. Lights always switched off. Made to feel like it was not for use. Have stayed at other hotel from this company. Always have been great. Standards here need to be looked at much lower than the other hotels. Reception staff great but being charged with too many tasks for one person.

The hotel was as expected except for the fact that it does not have any air conditioning. This made it especially difficult to sleep as the temperature outside was quite high and our room was a family room for four people. Even with an open window throughout the night, it is definitely a hotel that I do not recommend in the hotter days.
Hotel is clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is well worth the money.response / report this review -

Beds were comfortable and the room very clean. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good too, varied enough.
You have two underground stations and S-Bahn near the hotel, and a restaurant and a pizzeria that are very good.
The first time I hosted in Meininger was very satisfying and that was the reason I choose you again.response / report this review -

A great hotel, we stayed in a family room and the staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms contemporary and clean and the hotel had a relaxing vibe which was very accommodating and welcoming to families. Loved it's quirky uniqueness! Excellent!

The hotel location is great (only 10 minutes away from the city center and 3 minutes away from the tram station). People working at the hotel are really nice and helpful! They were very welcoming! The room itself was nice and clean .we took a room in the ground floor but it was really cold although we had the heat on all day but we had no time to ask the reception for help. I'm sure they would have helped if they knew. Also, they were so kind they helped us check in 5 hours before the official time.

This was a second time that I stayed at this superb hotel. A great volue for the money you pay. In a nice neighborhood, with in a walking distance from the city centre. Rooms are clean and tidy and the breakfast was delicious. I'm coming back for sure. Love my Vienna home 🙂.

We arrived late and check out early as well! So couldn't relaxed in the lobby or have breakfast. Really good choose. Translation is really near and comfortable location. We love walk so we decided to walk to city center it was easy and quick actually .about 30 min woth excellent architecture and lovely cafes (Y)

Excellent welcome by young man on reception the day of our arrival. Very engaging and spoke very good English. Answered all our questions and then some. Our room was basic but that was fine. We were four adults from the same family. The bathroom and toilet were spotless and nothing to complain about there. The top bunk had not been made up so we got the sheets etc from reception and made it up ourselves. This was not an easy task and maybe that is why the staff avoided it, even tidying it up along with the other ones which had been done. As were were four, it would have been good to have a chair for sitting on as we had only the beds. Otherwise a pleasant stay in a very quiet area. We didn't try the breakfast or the other facilities so can't comment.
It is a combination of a hostel and hotel and so caters for all groups.response / report this review
