Very friendly staff, good location, comfortable room. Would have been more comfortable if hotel staff hadn't rang the doorbell to the room each morning to refill the minibar - why can this not be done with normal housekeeping?

Good common spaces (bar, restaurant etc) but not flexible procedures and impersonal personnel. Also uncomfortable rooms. Better to visit for a drink in it's nice decorated bar

Best place to stay at Vienna.
It’s near the main streets and you have quick access to metro and tram.
Rooms are big and fine.
Restaurant has good food and great breakfast

Swimming pool is a bit small , but you have Good sauna and steam room

The hotel is in prime location, right in the centre of Vienna. The desk stuff are very professional and helpful. The room is spacious clean and overall very nice. The only downside was the shower which was a bit of a let down black mould and the extractor was not working. But overall I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Oh one last thing the breakfast is amazing and cater for for every taste and dietry.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful service. Many floors smelled of cigarettes however, which is not my favorite. Room did not smell at all. Would stay again! Very nice looking location.

Great hotel in downtown Vienna. The breakfast buffet is well done with plenty of hot foods, cereal, and fruit. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom had a claw foot tub and a separate 3 head shower. The hotel is within walking distance of many places to see and the Opera House is less than a block away. A great stay.

Hotel is beautiful and staff was super friendly. I was upgraded to a better room, and appreciated that, but they upgraded me to two twin beds not an ideal situation cuz I was by myself.
Construction woke me up three mornings, and I brought it up to the f not desk. They were apologetic and removed a room as vice charge for me. Good location, would stay again. Hopefully not during construction

We were on I think the 6th floor around the corner from the elevator. On the first night, there was some sort of party in the champagne bar on the ground floor. The smoke made its way all the way up to our floor and we ended up sleeping with our windows open in below freezing temperatures to help air out the room.

The room was sparse, clean, and the shower was one of the fanciest I've used. I also liked the second bathroom in the room because I ended up with food poisoning and appreciated the privacy.

Based on the smoke alone, I wouldn't go back, but if you don't mind it, I would recommend the hotel. It's conveniently located, very pretty, and the bar downstairs is great.

This hotel is great. Altough when we came both rooms weren't ready as the former guests had just left front desk called house keeping in regards to getting the rooms ready asap. The breakfast is also great with a wide verity of different foods and beverages. Overall this is a great hotel would recommend it!

This is a good hotel, and its location is really awesome. Close to the Opera House and right in the middle of the city. The breakfast is really solid - croissants are fresh and the omelettes are cooked very well. The rooms are comfortable, and a few times I have stayed here they have provided nice chocolate wafers, and other goodies. The price is not the cheapest in Vienna, but the quality is good.

I stayed many times here and it was one of my favorite hotels in Vienna. Perfect location next to the Opera house and tram/underground station.
Beautiful building and great mix of old & modern. Very friendly front office staff. Small spa and gym with good equipment. Standard rooms are too small for 2 adults, the Executive rooms and Suites are very nice. Many rooms would need a refurbishment. The breakfast is bad (choice and service) if you take the price in consideration.
