Comfy room good location great breakfast. Good price. Minibar refrigerator was warm, so beer was also warm. Shower door is just a partial cover so you feel like you are in the UK and make a mess all over the bathroom.

-very rich breakfast options for all kinds of preferences
-very well positioned. You can just walk around it and reach places like:
--3 minutes walking distance to the tram
--10 mins walking distance to cafe central

Great location! About a 15 minute walk to the central square, and 10 minutes to parliament. We had a double bed room, and the room layout was very cool. Hospitality and professionalism was 5 stars. And the European breakfast was pretty good.

Every hotel manager in the world should have a breakfast in Hotel de France Vienna. In order to see how it is done. Absolutely stunning, you can have smoked meckerel or goulash soup, three types of honey, etc etc The metro station stairs almost leave you in the reception and the hotel is beautiful. I got a pretty large bedroom in the 5th floor.

I won't give 5 stars for two reasons: the air conditioning system in my room seemed to be rather old and unable to refrigerate; and the 100% non-smoking rule in the hotel leaves smokers without a choice.

Huge rooms with included breakfast was great. Hotel also offered free wifi. The best part was its proximity to many major attractions, and the surrounding area was quite beautiful.

NO PARKING!!!!!!!
Different booking sites have parking available, yes it's available in a public paid parking lot at 29 euro a night. If you have a car I would recommend you book a hotel that has parking included I felt somewhat deceived by the advertising, another guest booking in as I was checking out had the same gripe. the rooms are big but the old box TV highlights a lack of investment back into the hotel. Breakfast was good, beds good. This hotel would be fine for people with no car.. you can park for free on weekends only behind the hotel, limited spaces though. Disappointed the hotel staff failed to mention this and I had to go investigate alternative parking myself..

Probably the worst 5 star hotel I ever stayed in my life. Room is on 2nd floor with no window (has glass but masked so can't see outside), minibar is not refilled, house cleaning does not pick up paper on the floor or refill toilet roll, room very dated and smell, elevator is extremely slow and old And the list goes on. How on earth can this be a five star? A two star max.

Good place with nice people. Hotel is near everything in the city. Rooms are comfortable, toilets are clean and functional.

We had a very small and badly maintained roomthat was just not worth the 120€/night we paid for! .
The rest of the hotel is good though.

Hotel has everything you need for a holiday, if you have no problem with the prices. You get what you pay for, so yes very pleasant but it will cost you. 25 euros each for breakfast I found very steep. Better options in the town if you can wait. Good location, but check the air conditioning, I did hear several complaints when we were there.
