Great location. Near all the tourist areas but a little to the side so it's quiet. The rooms are all suites, with a living room and a bedroom. The hotel is spacious, but no frills. Rooms are clean.

Excellent location - this is the biggest advantage of this hotel. Talking about the rest: bathrooms with great, huge bathtub, rooms very big and comfy but so dark! In the morning you won't realise if it is sunny or cloudy outside. My room was on the second floor and it was impossible to see the sky. Breakfasts very basic.
Very good place if not planning to stay in the room for a long time - hotel is really close to all the most important places in Vienna.

Big rooms, amazing bathroom. Breakfast could be a little better but then again it has everything you need. Its a shame the gym doesn't have a treadmill, but lucky for me it wasn't too cold outside so I could explore Wienna by running.
All in all a very good 4 star hotel

This hotel is 4-star rated. If you are searching for luxury, search elsewhere. This is not the kind of 4-star-want-to-be-5-star hotel. However, the rooms are very big, I would guess that most have at least two separate rooms. The staff was very friendly and the cleaning was excellent. Breakfast buffet is quite small, but sufficient and with good quality. If you're looking for a decent quality hotel at a prime location, this will be perfect.

Very good location, short walk to Ubahn stop and St Stephens Church, bars, restaurants and shopping. Staff were helpful. Old building but room was very clean and well equipped. Good breakfast spread.

Staff is nice but inexperienced so check all information they tell you.
Rooms would benefit from some renovation, especially regarding lights. And a regular espresso option would be appreciated.
