Excellent hotel, great quality, clean, quite and central Vienna only a short walk away. The nearest metro for those that don't walk is across the street where you can get a direct train to Vienna International airport for 2.30 euro.

Really helpful staff, nice rooms with a decent shower. Breakfast was good too. Location was decent but traffic noise in Vienna is pretty bad wherever you stay so be prepared for the noise.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Very friendly staff. Good value for money. Very close to public transport and the beds are way too comfy to get out of in the morning. Would I stay here again? Most definitely YES

The hotel is at a really good location, with U-ban just few minutes away. Personnel is really nice and helpful. Rooms are spatius, clean and modern. All in all I really like it.

Good clean hotel. Very helpful staff. Little bit out of central city but can be walked or can get the underground (2 stops to city) which is just up the street. Very good breakfast. Room decor is a bit dated and ensuite is small but clean and functional.

3 star hotel at best.
Con; Compare to a Comfort Inn along some highway in US. According to these reviews expected better. Barely a 3 star hotel. Definitely not in the main area that most people come to visit Vienna for.

Pros; Very nice staff, good breakfast and coffee. Linens and rooms are clean. Area is safe. Price is excellent for Vienna.
