  City central is walking distance, and it was super convenient to get to from central train station (Subway station close by). Market place is nearby if not having breakfast in the hotel. Room is very spacious with clean and updated bathroom with all the amenities of above and beyond. The staffs are courteous and knowledgeable. Can't ask for more. Definitely will use again.

  Old school charm, and a great location! 5 mins walk from the main Hofburg palace complex. Fantastic!

  This hotel definitely lives up to its 4 stars. The staff is remarkably professional and helping. The hotel is well located, clean, big. Rooms are big as well as bathrooms. The bed are super comfortable.
  
  We didn't have breakfast there because we wanted to try the local cafés.
  
  We had everything we needed in the room. The only thing I could criticize is the wifi connection. It was up for about 70% of our stay, the rest of the time it wouldn't load anything and I had to call the reception twice to have them check it out. Also when it worked it was quite slow, I downloaded a 30mb app and it took 5 minutes, it's just plainly unacceptable. Otherwise it wasn't much of a pain, because everything else was awesome.

  A good hotel with a cemtral location and clean rooms. The breakfast buffet is good and the service is friendly. A good place for a short visit of Vienna
