We recommend this highly with a caveat. They are doing some major construction, and it started as early as 7AM. If you are not an early riser, that'd be a problem. Food is excellent (we had breakfasts and one dinner), fresh, diverse, scrambled eggs are properly cooked (not runny, not rubbery). Room is comfortable but not big by American standards. Hotel staff are all attentive and courteous.

Very friendly staff. Great room (5th floor, looking over the street), good Internet speed and coverage, great breakfast buffet. Yes, you can hear tram, but its normal since it passes next to the hotel, and not a big deal.
I've forgot to.bring a phone charger, my Swiss colleagues power adapters, and tgey prpvided us

Extremely nice hotel. Modern looks, comfortable and clean. Close to many places of interest, by walking, including downtown. My wife and I had a great time here while visiting Vienna. Very commendable !

Very good hotel in prime location! Just 10 min walk away from busy downtown. Near by Tram station is other advantage, but noise of Tram could be a little bit annoying at room!!
Room are quite big with comfortable bed, minbar and safe box. Large balcony in 6th floor gives a unique penthouse view to rooms. Free WiFi and paid parking ( €39 per night) available. Very much friendly staffs make your stay more comfortable👌response / report this review -

Fabulous hotel interior, consistency of settings and decorations are great, nice and friendly staff, provided a lot of information for me to travel in Wien. Quality does match it's price.
Breakfast, lot of varieties but some of the guests (Inc. me) had the toaster failed us. Would recommend the hotel to provide more fresh fruits as the existing fresh food are noticeable smaller portion than those from the canned. Love the range of tea choices, did manage to try 2 and both are nice.response / report this review -

The room in the fifth floor was spacious,clean and quiet. The room and bathroom were great. Ty he service is good. No complains. Good value for the money.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Karlsplatz which is an underground hub making it easy to get pretty much anywhere in Vienna. It's also within walking distance of the old town and in a great location for the Belvedere which is only a short walk away. There are actually some great bars and restaurants in the area around the hotel too.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. We would certainly return if we visited Vienna again.response / report this review -
