Nice hotel in the middle of Vienna. The service good, friendly and fast. They offer a good breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Only the spa are could be a bit bigger.

Outstanding experience! Beautiful hotel in the heart of Vienna. We could walk everywhere. The rooms are beautiful and modern and super comfortable.

Gorgeous hotel with beautiful design and excellent staff that go out of their way to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Great bar, excellent breakfast. The location could also not be beat - within walking distance from Vienna's main downtown attractions, shopping and dining. Highly recommended.

I stayed there two nights it was nice but according to me it doesn't deserve 5 stars.
The room was cold, the decoration wasn't crazy.
The towels weren't soft as they should be, Impossible to take a bath.
The toilets are in the bathroom so you can share everything with your partner how wonderful.
I was cold in the room you could hear the horses passing by you wonder if there is a real a double glazing.
The spa is nice you can have tea and relax.
The sport room is ok but a bit small

We stayed here a night for a business trip and I am very disappointed by the food. Neither their lunch nor dinner could be classified in any way as 5*****. Neither in quality nor amount. Breakfast is great though and the rooms are beautiful. The view could be better if you're not on the top floor and have a window towards 'inside'.

Really inattentive staff brings this place incredibly low. Wasted money. Better off going to a 3 or 4 star hotel and saving the money - you customer service experience will be the same.

Would have given them one star but the restaurant had pretty good food.
