Comfortable Cozy apartments, with most of the amenities near by. Economical and comes with Gym n swimmimg pool services and buffet breakfast.

Great location. Five minutes to Metro. Rooms are ok but i feel they need an upgrade. Showers were old and small. For breakfast, guests have to ealk to another block. About 3 minutes walk. Can be a challenging experience during summer.

Good cheap hotel. The staff here is extremely nice and helpfull. I stayed here for a very long time, and was sad to go. The rooms have washing machine, for those longer stays. The kitchen is a bit under equibt, but ask the reception for what you need, and they will help you out. You can easily walk to spinnies fro shopping, and if you are here as a tourist, its an easy and fun walk to the Creek, and the old Souqs.

I'm very impressed with the service I got at the Xclusive Hotel Dubai. I first checked in their sister hotel in Xclusive Casa and there was an issue with hot water there so they transferred me to the Xclusive Hotel in their own transport. Also the water was working fine in really hot dubai in this hotel although guest should expect the water to be a little on the hotter side in this extreme hot month of august. Also there was in issue with washer pipe and they fixed and also replace one of the phone which wasn't working in the apartment. I'm really enjoying my stay here and I also got discount from Mr Jagdeesh who is the manager at Xlusive Hotel for wonderbus and also really excellent service from Mr Ravi who is manager at the Xclusive Casa. Both managers and all the staff (Bell boy, Security, Maintenance, Housekeeping and Pool life guard) are really helpful at both locations. Thanks alot for a wonderful stay!

PROS:

- location is amazing. The whole area is full with hotel apartments but this one is just very short walking distance behind spinneys which is best grocery store in Dubai (even better than waitros in Dubai mall)
- very helpful staff and manager, they will do their best to attend to your needs
- very clean, the building has its own car park,
- very well priced
- I did not have the same problem that I had with other hotel apartments, no screaming kids running around intend halls.
- was calm and quiet stay
- easy to find taxis at the hotel
- good size rooms.

CONS:

- can be tricky to find for visitors since there are few Xclusive hotels around
- the Internet is OK but it keeps on dropping from now and then !
- the kitchen is open on the living room therefore the smell of cooking not easy to get rid of when you are cooking

Don't get it confused with the one with the similar name. Even if you do, it's not to far from that. Friendly staff. Gorgeous rooms. Cable not too great, but who watches TV anyways.
