Good hotel but make sure u book meter taxis and nit private. Good location and walking distance to small shopping area and restaurants

Everything related to service by the employees was perfect. The employees took care of me, helped me with the things I needed, and I have no complaints at all about the service or cleanliness of this hotel.
I'm not convinced it's really 5 stars (more like a good 4 star hotel), but it has clubs, restaurants, and good rooms, so whatever the number, I had a comfortable stay.

Loved it. Awesome place with perfect location just 10 mins from the airport. The rooms are very good and spacious. Stayed in double room with family of 3 adults, 1kid, 1infant. There was absolutely no trouble during our stay of 6 days. Food was good. Swimming pool was neat and clean. Rooms were very nicely organised. Lobby was very spacious. Front desk, room service & housekeeping all staff was courteous. Bathroom have tubs & shower area plus they are very spacious. All in all it is perfect 4star. From my side it's 5star. No complaints.

Absolutely lovely place in a great location, the staff could not be kinder. Rooms are nicely decorated and spotlessly clean with genuine non smoking options (not ones reaming of smoke as is always a risk in Dubai). Definitely worth consists an alternative to the larger more anonymous global chains

Room nice and clean. Bed extremely hard felt like I was sleeping on a box spring. Nice bathroom amenities. Check in service horrible, tried to pass off a smokers room as a non smoking room. Had to wait 1 1/2 for a room. Had to call back often for housekeeping requests. Spa area very small cramped. Mens jacuzzi not hot.

Absolutely loved the place! Stayed there for 5 nights. Staff were very courteous and made you feel very welcome. Great value for money quality of service is excellent! Will definitely recommend this.

For a 4 star hotel I expected more. I had a luxury room. Room was a bit smelly. Windows couldn't be opened. Hotel is a bit old and worn down. Breakfast was ok, but I missed a more bigger choice of fresh fruits. Service at breakfast was slow. But service at reception and concierge very good with really friendly people.

A great stay with ever smiling staff to take care of our needs. A few hiccups with house keeping issues but otherwise a wonderful stay of six nights seven days. Breakfast was lovely. Faridabad, the Guest Relationship Manager, Jyoti in front office were absolutely sweet.

Nice hotel! We stayed for 4 nights and it's pretty close (appx 500 meters) to the nearest MRT stop. Breakfast buffet was good and the pool/spa area was decent and clean. Hand full of tasty restaurants near by.

Beautiful hotel located in CBD of Dubai. It's a little out of the way, but most closely located to the Wharf. I would definitely recommend it for your stay and it includes a complimentary breakfast which is worth the additional price!

It's really wonderful place to stay. Service is good. Located in main area so from here every place can be easy to reach. From airport to hotel is few miles. Food available in Carlton place restaurant is hygiene and good in tastes. Loved my stay in Carlton palace,dubai.

“Five Star Rubbish”
Out stay started with a cold and unfriendly receptionist.
Rooms were dated and poorly decorated.
Worst was that A/c, shower and TV weren't working. It's shocking when you spend so much money.
When reported, there was no apology by the manager. It was a Very rude lady called Fatima as a manager for a so called 5* hotel.
I don't know why this hotel should be considered as 5*.
Don't waste your money. Any other 3* hotel will you better rooms and better service. We regret for staying there.
Dubai is promoting itself for tourism and these hotels are ruining their efforts.

I'm little bit confused, the hotel location is very good not far away from the airport, the staff in reception are friendly they welcomed us and made our check in fast, I booked one family room which 2 connected rooms we are 5 persons me, my wife, and 3 daughters, 17, 16, and 9 years old.
The hotel inside a luxury, but the rooms furniture very old and has not been updated, and this is what I figure through the room carpet and furniture, in addition to the rooms don't have soundproofing as in five-star hotels, the hotel consists of 11 floors and there are two restaurants and a bar in the M floor, and the swimming pool located in roof, I annoyed by the sounds of loud music at concerts held in late at night and as a result of this failure and the presence of soundproofing.
About house keeping is very bad and this is what gives a bad impression of me and my family, house keeping staff do not carry out their duties faithfully in the room clean and toilets the didn't replace the towels in the bathrooms, and I informed them more than once, but unfortunately did not respond .
If you ask me will I come again to this hotel? It may hesitate to answer but it is possible to live in this hotel in my next visit to Dubai and I hope they amended The house keeping service.
I hope he does not get upset any one of my remarks also I hope in my next visit give them full marks

It's a quiet place far from the noisy streets. It's about 20 min drive to Dubai Mall . The price was great for 3 persons with extra bed. I went to the their Saloon it was really nice and the staff were friendly. The room was neat and clean. We ordered food; the prices were reasonable and the food was great. Valet parking is available and helpful; when it's crowded at the Valet, as a guest you have the priority to be served; I just told them I'm a guest and gave them the room number, I didn't have to wait for the visitors. I liked the place so much.
