Experience I had with my family in this hotel apartments was wow but the receptionist should communicate with customers more to add more value.

Not worth at all no good service especially at the counter reception no good cleaness no drinking water supplied and no tea or coffee supplied no enough utensilsin the kitchen no washing machine working many small insect found in each every corner of rooms and in kitchen cooking not possible as many kitchen items are not there

Best location, surrounded by restaurants and supermarket. Staff is really polite, attentive to details and resolves any problems quickly. Metro station is at walkable distance , close to airport and has NMC hospital near by for all medical needs. Lots of ATMs, money exchange near by. Easy to get taxi for both Sharjah and within Dubai city. Swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, food room service available. Fantastic experience, highly recommended.

I spent 3 nights at Emirates star hotel.
Was very happy with the service and accommodation.
During my stay the hotel staff also supported me with a adapter. Very customer friendly.
Very open rooms and clean.

i would give a negative rating if possible , they extort money from guests claiming they have broken this or that, whereas it's their room which has several problem , from basin not functioning to main door handles getting stuck and then they claim you have mishandled their utensils, and they will do that the moment you will be leaving and hv already called your taxi or have a flight in a few moments so that you don't hv much time to argue. don't believe me ?? go and see for yourself .plus they will cancle your booking so you book on a later date with higher rates.
