Quiet spacious and entertaining place to stay. This hotel is situated very close by to the city centre.
It has all the ameneties and good breakfast spread.

It is located center of Satwa and quite busy area. Housekeeping is not very fine and otherwise it is convenient for guests to get transport and restaurant of all type and need of living level is available. No big mahh near by

Location is good and room ok. However little hot water pressure and noisy music band club until 3am and the local prayer starts 6am daily so forget sleeping . Should be called “The Awakening Hotel”

Lets start from location.
Hotel's location is close by and accessibile to main places in Dubai.
Ambiance
Ambiance is pretty nice at the entrance and room as well.
Service
I did not like the service from the staff. As there were not much cooperative and apart from that on my check in to my room food leftover utensils were kept for 2 days at the entrance of room and was not cleared. Also entire floor was stinking evem after i inform 2 service staff personally to clean they said they will send it someone to do but nothing happned.
If you are planning to stay there for few nights i would recommend not to do so if you are a peace lover. Becos they two clubs one at the groumd floor i guess and other at 9th floor you can listen music most of the time.
Breakfast
Breakfast does not have many dishes, and almost everyday you will have 90 % same dishes.
Checkout
They dont take checkout more than 5 mins and they are super fast in it.
Rooms
Rooms are good and comfortable.
They did not provide a pair of slipers inside room
Toilets were very uncomfortable and old style and even flow of water wasnt any good.
Atlast I do not recommend to visit this hotel.response / report this review -

Poor internet connection
The guest can visit until 9:59pm only, need to pay 100 dirhams if you want to visit the guest at 10:00pm onward as per the staff instruction. (lol)

First time to be here because of others complains about noises from bars ,but did not hear a thing living here. And nice facilities big size room made us an excellent stay here , only thing not satisfied with is the parking , valet is good but I don't like it anyway. Valuable price worth it so much .

Ok service and very noisy at night because of bar. Hard to sleep because of this. I stayed at the 2nd floor. The receptionist asked me at check out if I consumed anything from their fridge and he did not know that we had a totally empty fridge :P

Night club in hotel music base can be heard all night long. Plus side is the rooms are nice but what do u do if base is thumpung through the walls.

It's nice place to stay parking is best only 2 things need to b done
1 staff needs a lot of training
2 as I'm Muslim we need a Muslim shower in the toilet because there was American style toilet

One of the worst places you could ever see.
Valet parking is just a display desk, the entrance is always blocked by unattended cars.
The RTA dedicated hotel Parkings aren't for customer use, and the manager informed me straight in the face that they don't have dedicated customer parking !!!

Clean upscale hotel would give 4 stars but Internet is poor at best and you are limited to 2 connections so phone and computer but no tablet.

More of a three star hotel than a 4 star hotel. It doesnt have the amenities and facilities that a four star hotel would have, but theyre charging the price as a 4 star
