Prominently located. Well maintained and associated with Club Mahindra India. Anurag Tandon Manager of the hotel was very helpful and well versed with in & out of Dubai and made our stay comfortable. He was available round the clock to help.

It's just a usual no nonsense hotel apartment in heart of Dubai. The rooms are comfortable and we'll furnished. The property doesn't have a restaurant and just a regular swimming pool. Overall a good and quiet place well accessible and connected to most of the business and touristic venues in Dubai.

We stayed at 2bedroom apartment.

The bathrooms were small. One can feel the noise coming from lobby.
WiFi is not free in room
Card for room access given was only 1 even though we requested for 2.

The staff are cooperative. Location is 10 min from Metro by walk.
Prices are low compare to similar apartments.

VERY GOOD PLACE TO CRASH AT WHEN YOU VISIT DUBAI, BUT WOULD BE BETTER IF THEY COULD MAKE THEIR OWN FOOD AND SURVE A BUFFET, INSTEAD OF. ORDERING IT FROM ANOTHER RESTRAUNT ACROSS THE STREET.

Spent 5 nights here and i must say that this was the most average accomodation one could expect to stay at. Its got everything to make you get by, but not a leisure holiday vibe. Ideal for groups of friends travelling with the intention of needing a roof to crash, thats all.

Stayed here as a guest. I am not a Club Mahindra member. I used the guest option booking of a friend of mine.
Now the review of the property. Property is strictly average. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. We stayed in a 1br apartment. Kitchen is well equipped. But the biggest drawback of the property is lack of breakfast facilities. I think as a tourist hotel that's the minimum that they could have arranged for. Location is also bit iffy. It is some distance from all the touristy locations in Dubai.

“Very good hotel in Dubai, good one for Indians

We stayed for 9 days at this Arabian dreams hotel apartments( Club Mahindra) A truly unique experience. The room was huge , spacious and comfortable. The staff were pleasant & helpful. The location was important to us, as its on center of city . First thing you need to remember is that not everyone from Dubai is actually from Dubai. The guys from reception were very helpful and seemed like fun people. I have been to so many club mahindra resort but G.M MR.ANURAG TANDON was truly gentle of all. It is easy to pick Taxi from here. The travel desk is excellent in hospitality, providing information and advice in the interest of the client.

1 bedroom & 2 bedroom apartment we had used which had a good kitchen with fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, gas top, basic utensils and crockery and cutlery.
There is no in house restaurant but they have some partnership with restaurants that serve Indian cuisine; it is delivered on order.

"Maxim Super Market " is very near by its open from 7.00am to 2.00 . Everything is available there at best price.

Everyone will say 5-7 days is fine for dubai trip I would say at least u need 10-12days to see properly + Shopping. As well no need to book in advance through any travel agent as over here it's much cheeper (activities)

Note: Ppl over here in Dubai don't know what is club mahindra as it's an tie up property. So u need say Arabian dreams hotel apartments from airport as well as in the city also.

The place is good. They don't have restaurant facility so you will need to order food from outside. There are many restaurants near by. It's 15 mins walking distance from Meena Bazaar where u will get a lot of eating options. Once a day cleaning happens here. The rooms are big and with good furniture. The staff is very courteous and will be available for any help. One super market near by for all your daily needs. We booked a one bhk here in which we got washing machine, a full kitchen and some cutlary enough for 3-4 people.

Non descript location, WiFi charged exorbitantly in rooms - even higher than 5 star, very high service fee,no inhouse restaurant, the takeaway food place attached is exorbitantly priced given the food quality delivered, no views from balcony - not worth it. Will get much better hotel options at better rates

The only good thing is that rooms are spacious. Check out time 10:00AM.why??? Nothing complementary not even water :( no restaurant inside hotelno free wifi inside room..only available at lobby..which is frustrating for me. Tap water was super hot unable to take showerNo gas connection, induction stove is very slow..take ages to cook something..

Stayed here for 20 days. Excellent service. Staff is courteous, Food is good but I am sure they can do much better. Provided me with airport pickup and drop. Rooms are clean & spacious.
Checkin/check-out was a pleasant experience. Overall had a wonderful stay :)

Great service. Really sweet staff. Went here with our Club Mahindra Membership, and we really enjoyed the place. Was a nice big service apartment, had a pool and sauna and everything. Just hope you get a good deal.

Pros:
1. Located in City Centre, hence all locations easily accessible.
2. Neighbourhood is very peaceful.
3. Spacious rooms.
4. Polite Staff

Cons:
1. Wifi should be kept free and not paid.
2. Quality of beds and pillows should be improved.
3. 1 bottle of drinking water per person should be kept free per day.
