Very satisfied with the hotel room. Amazing hotel staff specially Arianne greeting you all the time and clean rooms Also cost friendly. I had a great stay. In the center of city, easy accessibility to all the places. Easy taxi facility.

It was my first time in this hotel .. very good service, great Lobby decor and amazing room design .. The receptionist team and all staff were so friendly .. I also have tried the spa services and it was the best .. I enjoyed my stay and definitely I will come again :)

Nice, small terrace with a rooftop swimming pool. We’ve popped in to have a drinks with a friends. Actually, no one asked us for a drink. Then downstairs at the lobby as well I don’t remember anyone to ask what we would like to drink. Our friends said the rooms are clean and well maintained. It is located in Kuwait Street which is close to old DUBAI and behind the Burjmann Mall.

Great staff. Excellent service and food. Floor and chairs were a little stained, likely due to some of the maintenance occurring at the time. Will definitely be back in the future for a second try. Seemed like a cool place.

Hotel is great with spacious rooms. A very good value for money. Only downside is due to the bars at the hotel, it's quite noisy at night.

Good hotel with great selection for breakfast, lovely room and great roof terrace with pool. My only concern that I think the bathroom could have been cleaner. Staff were very efficient and extremely helpful.

Just arrived back in England following one week in Dubai had a great time. The staff in this hotel were very pleasant could not do enough for you. I am on gluten free diet the chef made a special effort every night to come and tell me what I could eat. Two nights he cooked separate meals for me. There is plenty of shops fairly near by. Would recommend to do the sight seeing trip. There are some lovely beaches one that you get free hotel bus to all in all a very enjoyable place to stay

Hotel was cool and the personal really attend and polite. But we were not completely satisfied with the location because we had to take taxi everyday to move to the center.
We stayed one week long and we could experience some bad facts:
Was my husband birthday, and it was really nice to receive a cake and a congratulation Card in the room, but we were not allowed to bring the cake to the rooftop bar and enjoyed with the views, so we had to go back to the room and eat it there. A bit silly, isn’t?
But the most surprising for a European 5 stars hotel was to find no European breakfast in the Hotel. Everyday the same: beans and Arabic spices. We have nothing against Arabic food, despite that is not our taste to eat that for breakfast one week long. We missed some Ham and cheese or a good French butter croissant, for example.
The club of the 5 stars hotel was smoking free, we could not stay that long inside. Was not confortable.
We also thought we payed for a big suite, that was our reservation. But was looking smaller than in the photos.
So, we felt more like in a 3 stars.response / report this review -

It belongs to chain of 5 star hotel and never follows the same standard. The overall staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has large atrium which helps to improve the overall user experience as it provides the overview of the activities going around the seating area near reception, provides view of piano and small water feature. The interior design has been inspired from Spanish architecture which is more modern appeal with deep feeling. The property shows small sign of ageing as their are minor leakages in wash room but major things have been taken care of as it's a 5 star property. Most rooms have large bathtubs surrounded with glass which is rarely seem in middle eastern region and somehow seems to be inspired from Spanish architecture. The illumination levels seems to have been done properly as things are quiet visible even during nightimes. The hotel has 4 fine dining restaurants which seem to be upscale. The only downside is that the first time users get confused with the main entrance as it's located at the underground with valet parking. On rooftop is the swimming pool with gym and spa facilities. This property also utilises sky lighting to provide natural lighting. The interior seems to blend well for a 5 star property.

We've been here a day and have 2 more to go and so far it's been an excellent choice. We arrived at 1am and the hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. We ordered room service and it was reasonably priced and good quality. There was an issue with the TV and they immediately sent a technician to sort it. The hotel and room style is contemporary and luxurious all round, the bathroom areas are very much on point, with separate bath, shower and toilet areas within it.
Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of foods, my wife is vegetarian and was happy with the selection available to her. The staff at breakfast couldn't do enough and although it was self service they brought juice refills, teas and coffees to the table when we were running out. The gym is very basic but has everything you need for a cardiovascular workout and some weights. The rooftop pool overlooks downtown Dubai and it's amazing skyline and although we haven't used it the spa looks to be of high quality. When we arrived the hotel bar was booming with music and the sound of people having a good time and this did not interfere with life inside our room so you have the choice to get involved or relax. The hotel is a short taxi ride away from Burj Khalifa and other major tourist attractions and is a short walk from the Canal Market area.

Fantastic decor and rooms. Word of advice, this place isn't for families. The club in the lobby is loud every night and can be a nuisance. Location isn't that great. It's close to fahidi fort and art Deco district. Breakfast is decent but didn't have any daily specials.

This is truly luxuries hotel with low price
Furniture inside the room is very expensive
Branded carpet on the floor
Amazing bathroom with room view or room with bathroom view :) it looks fantastic
People at the parking politely took my whole baggage of more than 5 pieces
lady at the reception was very friendly and nice.

Lavish, luxurious and lot of fun and entertainment at affordable price. This 5 star club in the heart of Bur Dubai is a must visit place. Advice to book the table as the place get crowded after 12. This place always have something new to offer, live band, live games on multiple screen, billiard table, dancers and new shows all the time. perfect evening hangout place

Nice hotel but the location is not all that great. It's fine if you have a vehicle or taking a taxi to the many locations throughout the city. The roof top pool and lounge offers some great views of the downtown skyline. The rooms sizes are on par compared to most hotels in the city and comfortable. Usually you can grab a great deal on this hotel when others raising prices during the busy seasons and would not hesitate to stay if my other first choices are either not available or overpriced at that time.

Great place to visit for food & drinks in the centre of Dubai, with great view & rooms. Nachos are the best. A bit expensive though.
