Amenities are below average especially for Dubai.
Internet barely usable.
Very poorly soundproofed, could hear people dropping a penny in rooms above or people talking in the hallway.

I like this place as this is right on Sheikh Zayed road with a great view of Dubai skyline (of course Burj Khalifa). Place is surrounded with great food & shopping options and right next to Metro station for convenience. If you are staying in then parking is sorted (dedicated parking) if not then pay and park around.

Breakfast buffet could use tons of improvement in terms of taste as well as quality. Stone-cold food at 7am!! And cold water for tea. Rooms were clean and decent enough for a short stay. But room service takes time.

Lovely place, Centrally located and just next to the Financial centre Metro for excellent connectivity. They have an excellent restaurant .. kulcha King which is the highlight of this property, serving mouth watering Indian dishes. Apartment are well maintained but the Hospitality is not so great.

Very bad experience with the manager at the reception. Would request people to not spend their hard earned money in this hotel. There are many more, much better options available.

Good hotel for those on a budget. It is close to a metro station. Ample car parking space. Lot of fast food restaurants nearby. There is a restaurant on premises but it is Indian. Other Nationals may not find the food exciting. Rooms are big though some furniture appears dated.

Nice hotel, nice rooms, great indian restaurant with good people. Gym and swimming pool. Nice place and you can get a taxi almost immediately. I do recommend it of course, specially for its price.
In the middle of Sheikh Zayed street, easy to reach anywhere and everywhere, very close to Dubai mall. Not much good views, but hey, this is Dubai,what do you expect other than high building!!response / report this review -

Nice hitel, nice rooms, great indian restaurant with good people. Gym and swimming pool. Nice place and you can get a taxi almost immediately. I do recommend it of course, specially for its price.

OK hotel. It offers a variety of foods on the breakfast buffet. Worst hummus maybe due to Indian management that does not know how to make good Mediterranean food. Very small and crowded are for breakfast.

Good hotel with kitchen close to mosque and Financial District Metro station.
The rooms are big and spacious.
I stayed during Ramadan during which they had a buffet arranged for Suhoor from 2 to 4 am. It's around 30 minutes from airport.

Those who are searching for Budget Accommodation this place is ok. Will tell the good side first. Rooms are good. Seating and beds are good. Now the down side - Old switches, i always feel shock and some sparking sound from some switches. All items including water is charged. No complementary things. Staffs are good and helpful. Check-in time 3:00PM thats too bad atleast they need to change it to 2:00 PM.

We had the 8 person appartement, very big and very nice views over the city! Breakfast was a bit simple but can't spoil the good time we had over there! Location is great straight across metro and almost dead centre of Dubai.

Stayed 30 days, price and location are the two major strong selling points. On the other hand, small rooms, no chilled water (Dubai, in the summer water might get as hush as 50+ degrees Celsius). Breakfast feels like left overs from the restaurant.
