This hotel is my favorite!! everything is nice for a cheap price.the rooms are very good their clean and big.the breakfast was the best they make food and they serve a buffet. the staff is very nice and kind and will do anything for you.i made a request asking for rose petals on the bed and a gift basket i didn't thank they was exactly going to do it but they actually did it.if i go back to Dubai i would deftly come back.

Very friendly staff. Excellent Service. Manager, Mohammed Onssi, is a true professional. I stayed there for one year, service was always good. Location is beautiful and convenient.

At the first day of entering they increased the price of booked flat by 5% they never send any info about change of rules etc. They confiremd two hrs early check in but at the day of arrival they deny it. Poor room toward construction which its working 24 /7days.😔 very bad view. Very far from town and Central area.If you like have a bad experience in your journey its a good choice. I attached the photos of my room view.

Make sure you ask for a room on the front of the building. Otherwise your room is smaller and you get a view of a construction site.

i have been holiday on 23 October 2017. i spent 5 nights. it was excellent tour. All staff were friendly and helpful. the room cleaning was high level and tidiness .they clean room everyday.i really enjoy with breakfast. it was nice , preferable and verities. my families were enjoy with swimming. transport system was helpful in financial ways. i enjoy throughout stay with wifi internet. it was memorable holiday. i suggest that anybody wants to go holiday in dubai i highly recommended to stay in this Arabian hotel or park hotel apartment.

It's a nice hotel apartment located in a perfect location where it is close to almost everything dubai mall, fastival city.
Yet you need a car to reach this location.
Breakfast is bit *meeh* normal

Nice place to stay with reasonable rate but the backyard area is noisy due to contruction works so make sure your room located in the opposite side also the place is so far away from markets and restaurants and you need to use transportation each time you want to go.

Horrible service . We were stranded with no other choice , we come to this hotel having gotten a reservation via Priceline at 330am and waited in their lobby till 640am. They would not let us take a room , because check in was at 2. We just left and got another , because we had been up for over a day .

Very clean, Good services, the room has a small kitchen with full kitchen set, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and good furintured there is also internet and its prices are suitable for low budgets.
