It will do the job. Facilities are ok, nothing spectacular, but it's not bad, it's not dirty, you won't find strange insects coming out of nowhere, the customer service from the non Arabs especially is good and courteous, I found the cleaners to be the most friendly and there was also an Egyptian lady at the restaurant who was extremely helpful.
The rate I paid was 240 dirhims a night.
Turn left and walk on a straight line for 3 minutes and you'll find a big shopping centre dead across which contains the usual coffee houses and retail shops.
This is a hotel that also has apartment hotel where you make your own food etc; so it's basically 2 sections belonging to the same hotel.
The hotel has a swimming pool, sauna and a steam room that doesn't work. Also has a basic gym which is good enough to get by.response / report this review -

Really nice hotel. Just had a refurbishment on the ground floor. The suite I was in looked a bit tired, that was the carpet, but was very comfortable. Always ask for a bathrobe as they don't automatically supply one like they used to do but they still supply the slippers and other goodies.

Honestly I have no idea how in the world this star got a 3.9 rating. I couldn’t even give it a 2. I can’t say anything mean about the staff.. the front desk people and security were very nice. But omg the rooms FILTH!!! First off, the second I got off the elevator the corridor reeked of smokeI could’ve sworn I was walking through a designated smoking area. Now on to my room I don’t know where to start but the overall cleanliness was disgusting. I’ll start with the bathroom, there was hair in my freaking sink and it was definitely not mine. The bathtub is stained all sorts of nasty colors. The room smelled weird. The curtains were stained. The table tops were also stained and sticky! Then the worst part there was a freaking toe nail on the floor like I wanted to die. Legit this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I am shocked because this is definitely not even a 3 star level hotel let alone something that’s almost a 4 star on google. Worst worst worst worst stay of my life. Also, I would like to add that it wasn’t even cheap. Honestly take your money and go else where because this place isn’t even worth paying 100 Dirham a night. Horrible. Avoid at all costs.

Seems good hotel and quickly accessible from deira. Deira city cetre is very nearby. Room have good fecilities and good amenties. Seperate maintained ni smoking rooms , gym and simming pool arw available

Good hospitality and warm welcome. Awesome choice of stay with affordable rate for those having long transit at Dubai Airport but no place to take a comfortable nap. Very near to the airport

Amazing place to stay in. In Dubai city center. Next to Dubai City Center. And next to metro station. Manager is very nice person and very helpful. Rooms are clean and service was perfect. Free in parking available. No smoking place.
