Very clean and comfortable. Excellent staff. More upscale than UK Holiday Inn. Nice pool on roof. Excellent restaurants

The food here is excellent. I had the breakfast buffet, the lunch buffet, and a few catered meals for some events I was attending, and all of the food was excellent. The food was so good that my friends were sneaking it away in their pockets to eat later. Whoever the master chef at this place isthis person is my hero. Great, excellent food. I would come back just for the food. The hotel is good too. The rooms are basic and good, and they're exactly what I'd expect from a Holiday Inn Express. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the airport, though. There's a free shuttle that runs infrequently. There are usually a few taxis milling around the hotel trying to charge high prices. But I found that the fastest way was to walk a kilo to the Emerites skytrain, and then take the skytrain to the airport. With that method, it only takes about 25 minutes.

Cheap and cheerful. Designed for a night between flights and does the job well. Free mini-bus to and from airport and free breakfast makes this good value. If you have two long haul flights to book back to back, recommended

This is your typical holiday inn express. Cheap clean accommodation with breakfast included. Free shuttle pick/drop off at airport.free wifi.good quiet rooms with comfy beds.Again if you can stay at the express anywhere then do so. 25 min cab to main attractions for 40/50D.

Loved the hotel. Prime location with awesome airport view. Their food and services are excellent. 24/7 helping staff. Pick up and drop facility to/from malls and airport. Very friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Loved it. They've helped me connected thru wifi just to let my Partner came down due to he Checked in first. Then the FOs were accommodating. They smiled. and the room is clean and perfect.. Hopefully, We will be back next month! Thank u!

I arrived in Dubai via Houston Texas. I had a 14 hour layover before my flight to Luanda Angola. Walked over to where the hotel shuttles pick you up and I was picked up within 5 minutes of getting to the waiting location. Check in was painful and quick (5 minutes, I had booked online) Room was very clean and the free wifi was great and fast. I heard not a sound all night at one point I though I was alone on the second floor but I finally heard people walking aroung 2am. I use Holiday Inn Express anywhere I go. If you are looking for a cheap, clean and friendly hotel to go that have all the basics Holiday Inn Express is what you are looking for people. Perfect for long layovers as well.

The best hotel so far ,hence the 5*.
Rating.I love everything about it,from decor,the surrounding,the bathroom is too cute😄
And what makes it even more unique is they serve breakfast , so you don't have to ran up and down in the morning when your stomach is growling 😄

Very nice place. Only comment/suggestion is put additional room boy/housekeeping each and every floor because before they arrived my room for cleaning services its already late in the afternoon. I noticed you only have 1 room boy/housekeeping each floor. But over-all experience is very good.

The best place to stay after arriving late evening or before departing early morning. They have comfortable well soundproofed rooms, and a shuttle bus to and from the airport every 30 minutes. The price is almost always good, and ICH members get a better rate too. Breakfast and newspapers are included, and they will prepare a breakfast takeaway if you check-out before the restaurant opens. Service has always been friendly & efficient.
It's also a short walk to the nearest metro station, so easy to get to the rest of Dubai from the hotel too.response / report this review -

The hotel is in a good position if you are staying overnight or two nights.
The transfer from airport to hotel and back is every half hour and was always on time.
Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are excitable however the chose and quality for breakfast was poor, in fact breakfast was low in quality and and I preferred the quality of breakfast at the hotel next door
Rooms very comfortable and clean.
Staff all around worked well and I found them always helpful.
Laundry
If sent in the morning it is given back late that day, in fact too late as it arrives after 2030 which is too late if you have an early flight as I do having to be up at 3am.
This is a management issue and should be locked into by management.

I have been to this hotel about 4x and so far I have yet to have a disappointing experience. When hungry, I even stop down at the bar which has an amazing Jumbo Chicken Wrap. The drinks are good as well, my only wish is that they had a few more options in their alcohol selection. Overall great hotel and my room is always clean.

Stayed here for 3 nights, super nice Holiday inn, convenient location, free shuttle bus from the airport. Rooms are nice, great bathroom, bed is good. Restaurant is big and the breakfast buffet is reasonable. Good value for money.

Hotel room was dingy. Not the quality I expected. I recommend you stay either inside the terminal or simply in the city proper. Somewhere near the Mall would be a great option. Also they probably have a deal with taxi out front. One tried to charge me an extra $40 surcharge for nothing. Hire RTI taxis or nothing.

Hotel staffs have nice hospitalities and hotel facilities are perfect, considering price.
You have to note about a way to taking the hotel. Some review says "you could take the hotel on foot", that's hard especially in a night.
The best way to get there in a night is, to get shuttle bus from the airport. However, you might find trouble to get the shuttle bus Don't hesitate asking people in parking area. They tried to help you get the shuttle bus.response / report this review -

Had a short but pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express located close to the Airport. Even though the website said check-in from 2PM we took the chance and took a taxi to the hotel. They were kind enough to find us a room and check us in immediately. First room was a smoking room but it was exchanged for a non-smoking without issues when requested.
The included breakfast buffet should cover most people's taste and is decent quality.
Room is decent size and has all the things you need. No less, no more.

Friendly staff, clean room and overall good experience. Perfect location near the DXB airport with free shuttle to Terminal 1 & 3 every half hour and Terminal 2 every hour. The breakfast isn't the best but it gets the job done.

Clean and convenient transit hotel just minutes from the terminal. Very friendly and professional staff. Room was plenty big for a short transit or lay-over stay and bed very comfortable. Toiletry kit available at front desk. Didn't try the brekkie or shuttle as flying Emirates biz so already taken care of. For the price this place is a no-brainer.

Excellent. We stayed for 2.5days in Jan last week. The service was excellent and so was the buffet breakfast. The front desk went above and beyond when i requested to send in for a cake and balloons to surprise my son's birthday. Though it it not their protocol to do such things, they really went out of their way to accommodate parents request My son's day started with a very positive note and we are very THANKFUL to the manager and the whole front desk.
The only sore note is there is this supervisor named Yaseen who arranges for local sight seeing travel arrangements who does not have a desk at the hotel. Be watchful for him and his driver Sunny. They play good cop and bad cop and try to cheat tourists. They are not clear about their protocol while dealing with the tourists. My advise is not to go with him for local sight seeing. Even if you plan to go, do not book in advance for the following day.response / report this review -
