One of the best experience!
It was our frst time in Dubai.
We did not expect the trip to be that amazing. Every member of the staff were very helpful and nice. The facilities are great, we love the view of Marina’s city lights in the evening time.
Definitely would love to be back!

I went there for a beach acess and a brunch. The beach is nice and clean with comfy sunbed. Regarding the brunch which was at the world eatery restaurant I can see it was average, quantity wise it was huge but quality wise it really need improvements as taste of the food is much important than it's quantity

Wonderful hotel in a prime location on the outer frond of The Palm in Dubai.

We were able to get a very good deal for a few nights stay and I can happily report that the staff, rooms, food, beaches and facilities are all top notch.

Fantastic! I would definitely visit again.

What an amazing hotel. Amazing suite beautifully designed and set out with more than you need and could imagine. Great service. Great view. Lots to do. One never actually needs to leave the hotel location. Pools, with waterfall and slides, beach front, shops, eating paces, and greenery. Would recommend to all.

Great hotel! Enjoyed our stay. Pools were amazing, plus the view. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the Porterhouse team. They serve delicious steaks as well. Can’t wait to come back in Sofitel! Thank you for the warm hospitality!

What a deception We booked a luxury apartment and we got a crappy one
We stayed 2 nights and we had 3 rooms. This says quite a lot about the quality The bed frame are super noisy. In all the room we went simply sitting on the bed was making big spring noise.
The rooms were not clean (we walked bare for and our feet were as black as if we walked in the street). The bed linen had holes, at midnight some emergency lights switched on for no reason and we had to call for maintenance
At restaurant we tried to order "just chicken": it was not on the menu That made the staff completely lost They didn't know how to do
At checkout they charged us the minibar From the previous customer
The staff is not professional, and every little task (like checking if the room is ready) was taking at least 3 peoples and 20 minutes
Some goods points : the huge breakfast, with really good quality food ; the pools, the beach But all the rest Meh That's not a 5 stars The beach towels were so old they looked like mop
Stay away from this overpriced hotel
One side note: while we were complaining at the reception we noticed the 3 other customers next to us were complaining too

Will never be disappointed each time we visit this gem in the palm.. restaurants had different food flavours ideal for family and friends.. Porterhouse Steak restaurant.. highly recommended.. best steak in Dubai

A brilliant resort.
We spent the day there, an amazing layout with lots of hidden away pools. The long beach front is great. We only eat from the pool bar but for what it was it was well over priced. As Privillee members we get a discount off F&B which made it okay. We will definitely return.

Fantastic. This is a beautiful hotel in a Fantastic location.

I had a junior suite with a sea view. No noise to disturb me.

Room is huge and well appointed. Balcony was great to sit on and watch the sunrise.

The executive lounge is fantastic.

The service from the staff is off the highest quality.

The hotel is at the end of the palm so away from the noise and pollution of down town. Perfect if you need some peace and quite to recharge the batterys.

The food is exceptional.

The pool is great and the pool side service is fantastic.

This is a hotel and would happily live in.

A rare gem among resorts in Dubai, boasting a huge estate and a truly family-friendly destination. There are activities to keep the little ones entertained while the adults have trouble deciding how they want to spend their time. Definitely a great place to stay if you have a family. And if you're alone, there are enough kid-free zones to boy be disturbed.

A lovely hotel on the Palm. All staff were so helpful and curteous. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. Good beach with bars. The hotel is someway from downtown Dubai and although there is a complimentary bus a couple of times a day one has to use a taxi. The only downside.

We came to Sofitel to dine to one of your restaurants, it's our second visit. When we are about to leave and collect our car, I heared my name being called from my behind, I turned around and saw Erwin one of your from staffs at your gate! I was so surprised that he remembered me and on first name basis! Amazing, what a great memory! He even asked for my husband who was walking behind! I'm so overwhelmed by your staff's great service , he works from heart, with passion and dedication for your company!!!! Great job!!!! We will definitely keep on coming back for such great service and definitely be sharing to our friends.

From the moment I arrived I fell in love with this resort. Every member of staff we encountered couldn't do enough for you and couldn't be more friendly. The upgrade to the beach suite blew us away and was incredible. We booked a beach picnic and even in the heat the waiter was fab. I would like to pick a time to come again when there would be less children but we simply moved from the pool to a quiet end of the beach! Every restaurant was great, again my only critique would be that children are allowed at the later sittings as they tend to get quite cranky late at night and a crying child can make or break a romantic evening. That being said the food and service were both superb. The choices on offer from breakfast - lunch a dinner - wine, great! We took part in a few different watersport activities which were great fun, the gym well equipped and clean. I've been a travel agent previously for many years and always had a rule of never returning to the same venue twice however we are already looking at a return trip to Sofitel the palm in the new year as we were blown away! Thank you.

My wife & I stayed here for a couple nights during our short stop over in Dubai. I must commend all the staff at the Sofitel who made our stay there so enjoyable from the bellboys who helped us out from the taxi to the waiters in the restaurants. I don't think I've ever seen such a consistent experience by all their staff in any hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a nice view of the Arabian Sea or the inside of the Palm Island. They also have a great selection of restaurants to eat from so you don't need to travel too far and an excellent pool facilities. I would recommend the Sofitel at Juremiah to anyone.

My wife and I stayed for 3 night to get away from the little one! From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed by the polite and courteous staff. Nothing was too much trouble! The hotel is wonderful and maintained to a very high standard. During our stay, we had half board. We opted for breakfast and dinner each day in each of the three a la carte restaurants. Each of these provided multiple lovely options for each of the three courses available and the food was delicious! My wife and I were so sad to leave (she shed a tier!) and hope that we can come back one day soon for another treat, in this wonderful luxury hotel resort! hanks so much we really mean it! :-)

Amazing stay at Sofitel Palm Dubai. Upgraded to junior suite in recognition that we were there to celebrate my 40th birthday. Not only did we have the suite but also boxes of chocolates and fruit bowl along with a discount voucher for the spa.
Restaurants were amazing and you felt you were "dining out" each night - to the point that we would go out in the evening and return to the hotel for food when booked for a late sitting. being able to use the half board for either lunch or dinner gave great flexibility to fit around any trips or plans outside the hotel.
Staff just couldn't do enough for you, without being in any way pushy.

Service was exceptional. Food excellent. We could not fault the hotel in any way. The room was beautiful and the pool and beach areas amazing. Shuttle bus to malls was good. Used the spa and that was a totally relaxing experience in beautiful surroundings. Mavana staff were the most helpful we have experienced anywhere in the world. All staff throughout the hotel went out of their way to make our holiday a memorable one. Thank you.

A very friendly, luxury hotel with amazing and very helpful staff. Level of service was beyond expectation from 5 star hotel. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable and very clean . Breakfast was included and there was nice and rich selection with unique offers from Chef. There was many different restaurants to enjoy during the day with very high service.

Overall, I would like highly recommend the resort, because personally I will definitely come back again soon!

Initially it took me a while to get used to my glasses fogging up, but when I overcame that, the resort was my oyster. The welcome to a weary traveler in the wee small hours, the refreshing glass of lime juice, the attentive staff taking the bags to the suite and sharing tips on the bits and bobs just made it all so comforting. Breakfast rated a 12 out of 10, customer service a 14. Cannot thank the housekeeping enough for the attention to detail. The cabana staff by the pools and beach were awesome. Friendly, attentive and on the ball. A wonderful stay and cannot wait to return.

We had an amazing 5 day stay at the Sofitel, The Palm, Dubai, to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. All the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and courteous at all times. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The location of the hotel was ideal to enjoy the beach and swimming pools and close enough to visit the sites around Dubai. If I would be very critical then, the only slight negative comment I would have: we had specified a room with sea view, but as we were on the first floor we could only see the palm trees in front of the hotel, and the Bose system in the room only had an old style Apple connector and no radio reception so was not usable.

It was overall an enjoyable stay.
our room was pleasant and the bathroom very nice and laid out well enough.
A little disappointing was the view of the sea as it was obscured by a large roof area of the building below that jutted out quite a way.
Was not asked if would like to upgrade (for a cost) as may have considered this.
Porterhouse Restaurant was most enjoyable in all aspects. Laguna though only open at night was an attractive setting.
Buffet was not up to the standard of other resorts have visited. Choices were limited, first seating areas was basic and on an occasion we felt almost unwanted as there appeared to be a private party in operation but no-one had mentioned this in advance.
Maui bar looked fine but food was basic and the drinks ridiculously expensive.
Would consider coming again but need assurances that some uplift had occurred.
Staff however, were delightful and professional and made us feel special.

I came here a few years back with other half. Proposed along the beach after a romantic dinner. Everything went to plan and now I have a Fiance and the best memories of this place. The rest is history :)

Outstanding service. If you decide to stay here prepare to be treated like royalty. This resort is less then 5 years old and looks like it opened the day before we arrived. Simply immaculate. Ultra modern design and amenities. Due to the unique nature of the palm island design of the island, you get sea and beach views in virtually every room on the property. Only complaint is the beach area closes at 6pm nightly( too early for me) otherwise perfect.
