Currently a residential apartment only for families with all facilities and 24/7 security. It comes with a rooftop pool, gym steam and sauna. Rooms are very spacious and walkable distance to metro.

1. Rooms are spacious. But there is the strong smell of insecticide or some chemical; possibly because of renovation, but it is so stinking smell and very difficult to sustain.
2. Rooms maintenance or cleaning is good
3. Towels can be more fresh, smells old
4. Staff is hard working

Reception just say yes to your request but they never do what we requested. Cleanness can be improved.

A very good 3 star apartment hotel. Clean and spacious rooms with complete kitchenette including washing machines.
I had stayed in a one bedroom suite. Furniture is little old but in decent condition. Room service is quick with very courteous and helpful staff.
The extra bed arranged for a child is also very comfortable and big.

Apartments equipped with everything one needs, however, many rooms are occupied by the prostitutes on permanent or daily basis (family not recommended to stay here). Metro station is at around 200 meters. Popular for people visiting from India.

Didn't get the room we booked for first night, what a pain after a long travel. Most of the staff except Arjun is awful. The room we finally got the 2nd day was fine.

Horrible place. Please do not go there. No clear markings. We were searching for the place for almost 2 hours. The road in front is closed. The owner doesn't reply to any queries. The furniture in the apartment is in a terrible state. No aircons in bedrooms.

I haven't seen a single appartment where everything works. Something is always broken - washing machine, kettle, fan, etc. Missing towels or kitchenware, rather dirty rooms and sometimes housekeeping watches TV in rooms instead of cleaning. If you buy wifi - no guarrantee it will work properly. Very slow and unstable. As for the lobby wifi - it is even worse. Cockaroaches are minor issue in comparing with bedbugs, that literally can come with the housekeeping or from ventillation. You can't expect that low level of servicer

It is a standard hotel, with the out dated furniture setup. Recently they have made few modification but not that great. Internet is the worst in this hotel. You have to pay for Internet facility and even after that you can only connect one device. The staff is friendly and calm for helping out the guests.
